Own current brand performance and actionable 1-3 year business plan Own the P&L of designated platform, balancing cost and growth opportunities to achieve profitability and growth targets. Manage product line performance analysis, trends, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to promote and grow a winning brand portfolio Build business cases including market opportunity, investments, profitability and growth projections Manage new product launches through stage gate process Collaborate with the Pricing team to create and maintain the pricing strategy for the product, aiming at maximizing profitability while staying market competitive Lead insight-driven innovation to improve product range, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Sales, etc to ensure alignment with the brand strategy
Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage
Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand management with product management experience in innovation/new product development; 5+ years of which spent in Cleaners category
Team Management: 5+ years of managing direct reports
A successful track record of driving profitable growth
Analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong financial acumen to analyze multiple aspects of product line performance, can successfully budget and forecast, and understand cost implications of decisions

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Regional Service Engineer
Maintain a high standard of service and repair on all cleaning equipment, ensuring world-class service delivery

Diagnose and repair a wide range of industrial cleaning equipment, including municipal machinery
Complete work orders promptly and accurately, maintaining meticulous records
Manage stock in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring optimal inventory levels
Collaborate with the regional scheduler to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction
Identify and communicate sales leads to the relevant sales personnel, contributing to business growth

Experience, attributes and skills required for the Senior Regional Service Engineer
Proficiency in electronics, batteries, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and diesel engines
Experience with municipal cleaning equipment, fork trucks, HGVs, plant hire, horticultural, or agricultural machinery is advantageous.
Proven experience in the service and/or cleaning industry is preferred, or willingness to undergo fast-track training
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A full UK driving license is essential, with willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
Passport for potential training in Germany is preferred

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Warranty Administratoris primarily responsible for: Processing all warranty requests and maintaining accurate and up-to-date warranty files, samples, and product/system listings on the online warranty system. As the system and software subject matter expert, this role is charged with identifying and managing all required modifications to the online warranty system, coordinating with IT and product line managers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as primary liaison with our software provider, as the internal "super-user", in understanding the system capabilities; creating user training and ongoing maintenance updates to ensure access and compliance for all internal customers. Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, answering and making telephone calls, and providing general service related to the warranty function. Process all warranty requests received daily according to project specifications and dollar amount. Obtain and process all approvals for warranties from reps and sales management according to warranty guidelines daily. Maintain accurate and comprehensive files on all special warranties, including specifications, warranty request form (product and application information), and all appropriate approvals. Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required. Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc. Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers. Update online warranty system as new products are added, products are deleted, warranties are changed, etc. Provide training to new sales representatives, distributors and contractors on the warranty system as needed. Input data into Salesforce.com as needed.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Minimum Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered. Bachelor's degree required in field related to Environmental, Health, and/or Safety.
Minimum 5 years' management level experience required, ideally in manufacturing environment. Certification in one or more of the following is required: Certified Safety Professional Certifies Hazardous Materials Manager Certified CPR/First Aid Trainer OSHA 30-Hour OSHA Course Preferred certifications: HAZWOPER 24-Hour Training Root Cause Analysis Training Demonstrated ability to work efficiently/independently with minimal supervision.
