Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in creative direction with an advertising agency, in-house marketing team, post-production house, or digital marketing agencies, preferably in B2C industries, and experience working with large-scale brands.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and challenge teams to deliver their best work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relative project management and team collaboration software.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, proficient in all applicable software.

Knowledge of lighting applications across motorsport, off-road, and heavy-duty industries.
Fluent in English and German (other European languages a plus).
Strong B2B account management and business development skills.
What you'll be doing:
Build strong relationships with resale partners, enhancing their sales capabilities.
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and market alignment.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, supported by data-driven insights and strategic objectives.
Attend trade shows and events to support resellers and drive brand visibility.
Provide technical support and training to resellers and end-customers on product usage and benefits.

Fantastic opportunity available for a Registered Manager of a retirement estate in Chichester offering for sale 1 and 2 bedroom flats and onsite 24 hour care packages to older people in a retirement development.
This is a brand new site opening in October 2025 so you will have the chance to be hugely influential in the running and success of this estate.
The Registered Estate Manager is paid £41,628 per annum and includes Paid Overtime (any hours worked over 38.74 hours week), 'Uncapped Annual Bonus scheme plus extensive benefits package.
As the Registered Manager you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development, including but not limited to:
CQC compliance
Staff management, development & recruitment
Budgetary control
Complaint resolution
Internal auditing & quality assurance
In order to become the CQC Registered Manager for this development, you will need:
QCF level 5 in Health & Social care or equivalent
Experience in leading, inspiring and developing a team
Competent IT skills
Previous management experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
