GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Support lead management campaigns to assist our sales team and help identify potential customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying potential leads through online research, business directories, industry reports, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, for example). Gathering information on companies or individuals that fit the organization's target market. Assisting with campaign management from intake to metrics upon close. Entering and maintaining lead information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Reviewing gathered information and ensuring data is clean and organized. Under general supervision, the Quality Technician I is responsible for inspection of purchased and manufactured hardware, maintenance of equipment calibration system, generation of Quality metrics and management of discrepant materials dispositioned through the Material Review Board.

Helps conduct trend analysis and other studies as appropriate to assist Quality Engineering in evaluating potential corrective action of quality issues. Facilitates the Legend Brands equipment calibration system including identification and tracking of all calibrated equipment, maintenance of the calibration data base, and coordination with the company's calibration services provider. Works with other Quality personnel to produce periodic reports on first pass yield/cost of quality, inspection results, MRB dispositions and other quality metrics as appropriate. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Strong communicator with top-notch presentation skills who can develop and provide training to production personnel on matters concerning formulation, materials handling, processing, and quality procedures. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Works in coordination with QC and R&D to isolate, test and recertify Non-Conforming material that can be repackaged and sold. For the fiscal year ended May 31, 2024, we recorded net sales of $7.3 billion. This position is responsible for the execution of financial and internal control audits for RPM International.
These audit activities include internal control audits at the majority of the Company's large subsidiaries in support of Management's Assessment of Internal Control over Financial Reporting as well as specific scope financial statement audits at certain of the Company's smaller worldwide locations. In addition, RPM's Internal Audit Department may work on various other projects on an ad hoc basis.
The Senior Internal Auditor reports directly to the Manager, Internal Audit during the execution of the procedures described above.
This role is expected to travel approximately 20-30% of the year.
Essential Functions
Evaluate the design and perform operating testing over higher risk key internal controls.
Prepare summaries of the audit procedures performed and the results achieved at the conclusion of each audit.
Assist in developing recommendations for remedial action to improve operations within an agreed upon implementation schedule.
Conduct follow-up discussion and tests to ascertain whether agreed upon corrective measures have been implemented. Perform higher risk specific scope financial statement audit procedures in accordance with Internal Audit's standard audit program.
Prepare summaries of the audit procedures performed and the results achieved at the conclusion of each audit.
Assist in developing recommendations for remedial action to improve operations within an agreed upon implementation schedule.
Conduct follow-up discussions and tests to ascertain whether agreed upon corrective measures have been implemented. Respond to internal requests for support or assistance in a prompt and professional manner. Provide assistance to the Company' external auditors. Keep abreast of laws, rules and regulations issued by applicable regulatory agencies with which the Company must comply. Maintain personal and professional competency through appropriate participation in professional organizations and attendance at relevant internal and external training opportunities.
Relationship and Contacts
Internal Contacts:
Staff Internal Auditors, Senior Internal Auditors, and Managers, Internal Audit - On a daily basis, the Senior Internal Auditor is expected to interact in small project teams by assisting Staff Internal Auditors and Interns with the completion of their work, and working under the supervision of the Managers, Internal Audit.
Senior Director of Internal Audit - On a frequent basis, the Senior Internal Auditor will participate in meetings with the Senior Director to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
VP Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Senior Internal Auditor will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
RPM Corporate Officers - The Senior Internal Auditor may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.
In addition, the Corporate Finance Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with employees in the worldwide finance function, including Segment-level Chief Financial Officers and Controllers.
External Contacts:
Periodic contact with the Company's external auditors (Deloitte) who rely significantly on the work performed by Internal Audit.
Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience is preferred. Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
Completion of a Bachelor's in accounting, finance or a related field is required. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor, including the active pursuit of these certifications is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required for Position
Strong oral and written communication skills. Positive attitude & willingness to work and travel in small teams. Ability to communicate, learn, and be self-sufficient. Ability to understand and follow directions. Business office skills - ability to use a laptop computer including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; required.
Experience with AuditBoard audit software, preferred.

Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.

Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.

EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.

What will you do?

Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment.
Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g.
Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space), Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure, Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program, Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e.
HVAC, Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil Heaters), Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g.
programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, lighting) and components (e.g.
sensors, switches, valves), Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems (e.g.
product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components (e.g.
piping, manual valves), Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate contractor tasks (including equipment rental) to support facility and process maintenance/repairs, Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions
EDUCATION
High School Diploma required
EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school and 1-2 years' experience OR High School Diploma and 4 years' experience
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Deductive Reasoning - The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.
It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. People Interaction - Ability to work with diverse groups to reach consensus regarding problems, and needed changes. Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. JOB PURPOSE:
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for selling company products to Home Depot & Lowes retailors in assigned region of NYC Metro.
Builds and maintains relationships with retail partners in order to sell company products to end-users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sells company products through building and maintaining relationships with retail partner-Home Depot & Lowes Creates awareness and demand for company products. Addresses product and brand specific questions from consumers and store staff. Showcases and promotes products through in-store demonstrations, district events, and contractor events. Provides store assistance with handling customer issues, including providing store management guidance with resolution. Ensures proper promotional placement, adequate POP, proper inventory levels, and effective down stocking Trains retail staff on new and existing company products. QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
