GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The In Studio Photographer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports Tremco's marketing and branding initiatives.
This role requires expertise in both photography and videography, with a strong emphasis on product imagery for e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and retail.
The position involves both creative and technical tasks, from planning and executing shoots to editing and delivering polished content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, execute, and manage product photography shoots for e-commerce, Amazon, and retail platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Set up and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops, to achieve optimal results.
Capture high-quality still images and video content, focusing on product details, features, and aesthetics.
Edit and retouch images and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar) to produce professional-grade deliverables.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure visual content aligns with campaign goals.
Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring all tools are in proper working condition and ready for use.
Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and resource allocation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product photography and videography, particularly for e-commerce and retail.
Ensure all visual content meets platform-specific requirements (e.g., Amazon image guidelines) and enhances the customer experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of three years of experience in professional studio product photography with a focus on imagery for e-commerce, Amazon, and retail.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in operating and maintaining photography equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and stabilizers.
Advanced skills in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit high-quality product images and videos that meet e-commerce and retail standards.
Strong understanding of platform-specific requirements, including Amazon image guidelines and e-commerce best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs, schedules, and priorities.

General Purpose:

Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.

Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs. Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees. Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary. Secure and lock facility when applicable. Enforce all company policies and regulations. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure. May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
4+ Years' experience reactive chemistry with deep knowledge in polymer synthesis.
Polymer knowledge in polyurethane, acrylics, STPU and STPE, and other hybrid systems
Knowledge of solvent-based coatings and sealants (commercial deck coatings and roof systems)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $90K and $100K negotiable plus incentive compensation.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Tremco is seeking an applicant with a demonstrated knowledge of coating formulating across multiple chemistries, with a focus on reactive, one component systems and butyl technologies, and would be responsible for all efforts regarding new developmental projects and operational and supply chain support regarding them.
The incumbent in the role will advance projects effectively once given guidance from senior leadership and communicate project updates to assist in tactical decision making regarding the area of their expertise.
