JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Manager is a key plant position responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of the compounding and packaging departments.
Responsible for Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Efficiency, Cost, and Maintaining the non-union status of the plant.
Directly responsible for leading 135+ associates across a 24x4 and 12x3 manufacturing operation, with plant operations strategically idled on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
Responsibilities
Planning and Coordinating Workload
Plan and Coordinate staffing requirements within customer service and budgetary constraints.
Work with planners and purchasing to develop the most efficient/low cost daily manufacturing plan to exceed customer service objectives.
Effectively communicate and coordinate plan with all shifts and associates.
Track progress toward plan.
Follow-up and adjust as needed to achieve goals and maximize resources.
Participate in strategic planning, annual budget process, and annual physical inventory process as needed.
Safety
Assist Plant Manager and Peer Managers in the continued development of our behavioral based safety culture.
Be a continuous safety leader.
Instill continuous improvement in safely results.
Housekeeping
Establish industry best housekeeping standards, procedures, and associate practices to maintain a professional, neat, and safe facility.
Instill continuous improvement and excellence in facility housekeeping practices
Quality
Work with Peer Managers to establish industry best quality standards, procedures, and associate practices to ensure only the highest quality products are produced.
Team Building
Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the non-union status of the facility is maintained, personnel and team development improves, and a self-directed workforce develops.
Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company HR policy to consistently enforce company policies and standards.
Continuous Improvement
Establish and monitor key metrics in all areas.
Analyze data, identify trends, implement needed corrections to ensure processes and practices stay in control while continuous improvement objectives are obtained.
Recommend cost savings ideas.
Lead RCA investigations and participate in FIT Events and Green Belt Projects.
Communication
Establish strong lines of communication with the Plant Manager on a daily basis.
Form open communication channels with all associates and subordinates.
Be approachable to all.
Be professional in all interactions.
Work effectively and relate well with others.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
7 years+ experience in the relevant field.
Management training with maintenance skills, knowledge, and ability.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and time management skills
Microsoft Office software, MRO systems, Mainframe interactions, inventory, and financial management skills.
Ability to hit timelines.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Senior Construction Accountant (Tremco CPG Inc.) is responsible for the accounting activities associated with the Tremco CPG Inc.'s service businesses that offer comprehensive roofing and general contracting services to building owners and facility managers in the United States and Canada.
Candidates should possess a strong command of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and of provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
This position will oversee processes critical to the business including percentage of completion (POC) and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Additionally, they will coordinate the controls related to the revenue recognition process.
This position must have strong communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
This position will be instrumental in developing enhanced policies, procedures, systems improvements, and will participate in a variety of special financial projects.
This role is a hybrid position (will work partially from home and a few days per week at the Beachwood headquarters) and reporting to the Tremco CPG Inc.
Roofing Controller.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for critical accounting and reporting activities for Tremco CPG Inc.'s service roofing and general contracting businesses, including month-end and annual close.
Ensure timely completion of month-end close procedures to adhere to strict deadlines.
Work alongside construction managers and other operations team members to perform monthly control activities related to percentage of completion revenue recognition.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with construction team members
Prepare monthly reconciliations associated with contract assets and WIP
Collaborate with contract admin team to document processes and enhance control environment.
Review monthly balance sheet and income statement analytics and other procedures as part of the month-end close to ensure transactions have been properly captured.
Perform monthly and quarterly controls within company policies and procedures.
Successfully interfaces with internal audit and external audit resources.
Provide audit requests timely and facilitate completion of the audit on time.The duties above are performed within the guidelines of US GAAP while adhering to corporate procedures, internal/Sarbanes Oxley controls and RPM reporting requirements.
This also includes maintenance of records for the accounting department within government and RPM guidelines.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the team by managing critical sales support programs, including the corporate card program, expense management system, and vehicle reimbursement platform.
This position also serves as a valuable liaison for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, helping drive operational efficiency and exceptional internal and external customer support.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does involve extended computer use, up to 8 hours per day.
No unusual environmental conditions, lifting requirements, or physical exertion are associated with this role.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary administrator for the Concur expense management platform, including system maintenance, updates, reporting, compliance monitoring, and user support.
Manage and support the corporate American Express (AMEX) card program, including account administration and issue resolution.
Administer the vehicle reimbursement platform, ensuring accurate user setup, maintenance, reporting, and employee support.
Collaborate with the Global Service Center to monitor accounts payable processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
Oversee accounts receivable activities performed by the Global Service Center to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
Partner directly with customers to resolve invoice inquiries, payment applications, credit requests, and unapplied cash balances.
Support customer invoicing processes, including credits, rebills, and tax-related billing adjustments.
Maintain customer tax exemption documentation and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and increase operational efficiency across sales support functions.
