GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner.
Ability to read, write and comprehend the batch-making processes.

The Process Engineer provides process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production and packaging functions to improve safety, quality, service and cost efficiencies in the operations area in the Pacific, MO manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements. Work with project managers on designing and installing PLC controls for capital projects. Work with Allen-Bradley PLC's to maintain and improve current operations. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation. Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly. Troubleshooting machinery, including PLC coding adjustments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering. 0 to 3 years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience.
Safety and ergonomic experience. Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process.
Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach Previous Capital Project experience Ability to read and interpret process drawings Strong interpersonal skills: good communication skills both written and verbal. Strong Analytical & Troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite Strong AutoCAD skillset.
(3D design utilizing Inventor Professional or Solidworks is plus) Experience with PLC's, Allen Bradley is desired.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Warranty Administrator is primarily responsible for: Processing all warranty requests and maintaining accurate and up-to-date warranty files, samples, and product/system listings on the online warranty system. As the system and software subject matter expert, this role is charged with identifying and managing all required modifications to the online warranty system, coordinating with IT and product line managers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as primary liaison with our software provider, as the internal "super-user", in understanding the system capabilities; creating user training and ongoing maintenance updates to ensure access and compliance for all internal customers. Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, answering and making telephone calls, and providing general service related to the warranty function. Process all warranty requests received daily according to project specifications and dollar amount. Obtain and process all approvals for warranties from reps and sales management according to warranty guidelines daily. Maintain accurate and comprehensive files on all special warranties, including specifications, warranty request form (product and application information), and all appropriate approvals. Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required. Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc. Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers. Update online warranty system as new products are added, products are deleted, warranties are changed, etc. Provide training to new sales representatives, distributors and contractors on the warranty system as needed. Input data into Salesforce.com as needed.
EDUCATION:

The Process Engineer provides process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production and packaging functions to improve safety, quality, service and cost efficiencies in the operations area in the Pacific, MO manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements. Work with project managers on designing and installing PLC controls for capital projects. Work with Allen-Bradley PLC's to maintain and improve current operations. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation. The Regional Field Manager is responsible for promoting DAP brands in Menards locations across the United States.
The Regional Filed Manager can be based at Minneapolis or Wisconsin.

Account Service and Support

Job Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing mechanical building systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pumps, and valves.
You will also be expected to undertake minor works across other trades as required.
Working on a secure government contract, you must be able to pass Security Clearance (SC) checks. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and valves.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs.
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building systems.
Complete relevant documentation and reports in line with compliance requirements.
Support other maintenance tasks as required, including basic electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally and courteously.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations at all times.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in mechanical building maintenance within a facilities management environment.
Strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, plumbing, and general HVAC systems.

Purpose for the Role
To provide a comprehensive high quality homeless prevention, support and advice service to all households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
To provide an assessment service to customers presenting to ascertain what duties are owed to them by the authority and what alternative housing options are available to them.
To demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Homelessness legislation and case law coupled with hands-on experience of preventing homelessness and making statutory decisions.
To develop specialist knowledge and skills in relation to customers required to enable the delivery of a flexible and responsive housing needs service that can effectively meet changing demands and customer pressures.
To keep up to date, clear, accessible and accurate casework and data records and report on performance as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
To prevent and resolve homelessness through the provision of confidential and impartial advice and information to customers approaching the Housing Needs Service about their housing rights and obligations under legislation and policy either in offices or other locations as required.
To actively and positively promote and deliver the homeless prevention agenda identifying appropriate housing options and utilizing the prevention tools available, such as DHP for customers that will resolve their accommodation problems and reduce the need for the provision of temporary accommodation within agreed timeframes.
To maintain detailed, accurate case notes and reports, update computerised records, conduct correspondence and respond to enquiries as required to efficiently progress cases to resolution.
To provide advice and practical assistance when required to customers in respect of security of tenure across all types of tenure, including matrimonial rights and and attending court as needed in order to prevent homelessness.
To investigate landlord and tenant disputes including allegations of harassment and illegal eviction within the meaning of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 and Protection from Harassment Act 1997, intervening and negotiating with all parties as required to prevent homelessness.
To provide information about debt counseling and money advice services to customers in rent or mortgage arrears including advice on the availability of welfare benefits and prioritizing debts, referring people to the DWP, Housing Benefit Service or CAB as appropriate.
To negotiate with landlords, Banks, Building Societies and other lenders, estate agents and solicitors on behalf of customers in rent or mortgage arrears.
To undertake a comprehensive assessment of vulnerable customers in respect of their support and housing related needs including the risk to themselves and others.
To make appropriate referrals to supported accommodation services for vulnerable clients and ensure that a move on pathway is developed for each household as required.
To liaise with other statutory services as appropriate who may owe a duty to vulnerable customers under legislation other than the homelessness acts.
To answer members enquiries and draft responses to complaints / enquiries on individual cases as required.
To provide statistical information on performance as requested.
To positively participate in personal supervision sessions, team meetings and contribute to service development and planning.
To be self servicing in respect of administrative tasks related to this role, including contemporaneous and accurate record keeping, file maintenance and responding to all enquiries by customers and other agencies.
Knowledge
Detailed and up to date knowledge of all relevant case law pertaining to homelessness and its application.
Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Legislation, the Housing Act 1985 and Protection from Eviction Act 1977.
Detailed working knowledge of homeless prevention initiatives and their application and effectiveness Detailed working knowledge of the welfare benefit system and its application.
Detailed working knowledge of other agencies, both statutory and voluntary providing relevant advice and assistance to customers under alternative legislation and in all forms of tenure.
A detailed understanding and application of the terms and conditions contained in the range of tenancy agreements across all tenures.
