The Associate Specialist of Learning & Development plays an instrumental role in helping RPM Consumer Group and its operating companies (Rust-Oleum and DAP Global) attract, retain, develop, and promote top talent.
This position works within the Learning & Development team to support all Consumer Group training programs and their effective coordination.
This position coordinates multiple Learning & Development projects and serves as a learning liaison across the Consumer Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, travel and arranging necessary equipment. Assist in managing vendor partner relations, licensing, training requirements, and executive reporting. Manage requests for training with the appropriate stake holders. Track and project-plan team milestones and deadlines, to ensure timely delivery and execution. Coordinate the intake of tuition reimbursement applications. Manage training facilitator needs in preparation for training and at the training event.
Communications: Communicate training schedules and details to participants and ensure timely reminders. Assist in executing the overall communication strategy.
Promote Learning & Development events and course schedules; draft announcements / features and update course schedule on a regular basis.
Learning and Development Administration: Assist in the administration of training evaluations, consolidate participant insights, survey feedback and other program success metrics for evaluation. Assist in designing and developing training programs and materials tailored to meet organizational goals and employee development needs. Manage training-related documentation, including attendance records, evaluations, and feedback, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to recommend improvements and innovative solutions. Support the best practices and methodology in each phase of the training lifecycle: assessment, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation.
Learning Management System Administration: Provide support of corporate learning management system (LMS), course catalogs, hierarchy, and data integrity, as well as seek and implement platform features that enhance user experience.
Assist in monitoring active corporate learning management system (LMS) sessions and troubleshoot user issues.
Escalate technical issues for the corporate learning management system (LMS) as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Learning and Development, Education, Marketing, HR, Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience & background). 1-3 years professional experience in Learning & Development coordination or similar experience. Business mindset with proven experience managing effective learning and development solutions that address business needs. Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Oracle Learning a plus. Proficiency in MS Office
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of adult learning theories is desirable. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management skills. Responsibilities:
E&O Inventory Management: Analyze and monitor excess and obsolete inventory levels. Work closely with the procurement and production teams to implement inventory reduction initiatives. Regularly review and update E&O inventory reserve and update based on RPM policies. Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Standard Costing & Month End Close: Establish and maintain standard costs for raw materials and components. Analyze and review standard costs to ensure accuracy and relevance. Assist in the development of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements related to standard costing. Assist with cost estimates for new and existing business opportunities. Work with operations team to ensure all accruals are booked. Create biweekly inventory and cost reports for the business leaders. Physical Inventory Audits: Plan and execute periodic physical inventory counts. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory counts. Analyze discrepancies and investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies. Implement corrective actions to address inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy. Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits related to inventory. Participate in audit meetings and provide support to auditors as needed. The firm are looking for someone experienced in Private Client at either a Fee Earner or Senior Fee Earner level.
You will be advising on personal and trust tax issues for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees.
The Private Wealth team consists of 16 staff across their current offices, and they have plans to open a brand-new office based in Thames Valley for staff living close by to the area.
Joining the Private Wealth team, you will be working with experienced individuals who provide proactive management of a complex portfolio of clients.
Depending at what level you are brought in at, you will either be supporting Senior Associates and Partners, providing a high-quality advisory service to clients.
Or if at a Senior level, you will be reporting to the Partners and supporting the Head of Department, advising clients, along with supporting and developing junior members of the teams ensuring that department targets are met, being accountable for the business development, and marketing strategy of the firm.
Your caseload will consist of a wide range of matters including Wills, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax Planning (including IHT) and Trusts.
This role would suit Chartered Legal Executives or non-qualified Fee Earners with plenty of Private Client experience and able to run a full and varied caseload.
This firm are incredibly flexible with remote working and are able to offer this for most of the week.

Technical Project Manager
We want to immediately hire a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager with experience of taking technical projects from conception to production.
You will need experience in NPI, OEM and Tier 1 manufacturing and will ideally have an Electro Mechanical, Electronics or Design background.
As Project Manager for this role, you will ideally come from a technical background and have experience of working in an engineering, manufacturing, electronics, electrical, automotive, aerospace, agricultural vehicle / machinery or Off Highway vehicle or medical equipment sector.
