You will be advising on personal and trust tax issues for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees.
The Private Wealth team consists of 16 staff across their current offices, and they have plans to open a brand-new office based in Thames Valley for staff living close by to the area.
Joining the Private Wealth team, you will be working with experienced individuals who provide proactive management of a complex portfolio of clients.
Depending at what level you are brought in at, you will either be supporting Senior Associates and Partners, providing a high-quality advisory service to clients.
Or if at a Senior level, you will be reporting to the Partners and supporting the Head of Department, advising clients, along with supporting and developing junior members of the teams ensuring that department targets are met, being accountable for the business development, and marketing strategy of the firm.
Your caseload will consist of a wide range of matters including Wills, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax Planning (including IHT) and Trusts.
This role would suit Chartered Legal Executives or non-qualified Fee Earners with plenty of Private Client experience and able to run a full and varied caseload.

Support those who have been out of work for longer periods might need extra help to move back into employment.
The BBE employability team will break down employment barriers that could be holding people back from finding work.
To work with businesses and partner organisations to source employment opportunities for registered BBE clients including paid employment, work tasters and working interviews.
Where a contract requires, you will deliver support by using both models of Supported Employment; Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
You will work in partnership with a wide variety of local agencies, partners, employers and colleagues within the team to provide the best support to individuals.
The postholder will be required to bring in a targeted number of vacancies to ensure jobseeker/client needs may be met.
This will involve direct contact with employers such as face to face employer visits, phone calls, emails and Teams meetings.To support local businesses with their staff recruitment by promoting vacancies they place with the team, CV matching, shortlisting, organising assessment centres/employer sessions and interviews, including work tasters and working interviews.
Initiate, source and foster new relationships with local businesses through a range of canvassing activities across a range of locations and sectors in order to capture sustainable vacancies for BBE clients.
Maintain existing employer relationships through robust account management, regular personal contact and site visits.
Contribute to business networking by attending job fairs, arranging employer events and sector-based open days and organise approved events in order to widen the pool of potential applicants for existing vacancies.
To support IPS and SEQF, work collaboratively with the Employment Advisor teams to directly market clients considered to be further removed from the labour market to increase their chances of being put before an employer for interview.
Requirements
GCSE education A-C level English & maths or equivalent.
Appropriate Professional Qualification or willing to work towards.
Placing individuals into interview and paid work opportunities.
Establishing open communication with businesses/stakeholders using a variety of techniques to source vacancies and work tasters.
Proven experience of working on one's own initiative, demonstrating ownership and drive to achieve a desired outcome.
Managing the business vacancy/recruitment caseload and sustaining relationships with businesses to continue to source and maintain employment opportunities for clients.
Adapting to service delivery changes accordingly to meet business and jobseekers needs.

As a Stage 1 Co-ordinator your role will be to prepare and submit Claim Notification Forms (CNFs and SCNFs) in a timely manner to ensure the team meets its targets.
As part of this role you will be required to liaise with file handlers, third party insurers and clients to obtain missing information.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To prepare CNFs and sCNFs to ensure they are Portal ready and submit via the Portal.
- To make outbound calls to clients and third party insurers to proactively obtain further information.
- To take incoming calls from clients to assist with queries and obtain/update information required for the initial stages of the claim.
- To liaise with external companies and internal departments in a timely and professional manner in order to effectively process CNF and sCNFs.
- To raise DVLA requests.
- To perform Medco searches and send medical instructions.
- To highlight errors on files and any other anomalies.
- To be able to accurately move work between schedules.

As a Senior Claims Handler you will contribute to team projects as required by the Liability & Construction Claims Manager and the Head of Insurance Claims.
About You
The ideal Senior Claims Handler candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact.
You will have:
At least 3 years solid experience of handling your own professional indemnity/negligence or defendant EL and PL claims
Experience from a legal or insurance background
Ability to work from their prestigious offices ideally 4 days a week
Strong technical knowledge of Defendant EL/PL or Professional Indemnity claims.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a demonstrable focus on client care.
The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
