GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Resolution Specialist provides exceptional service to customers and sales representatives as it relates to expediting problems or issues and solving them in a quick manner.
This position also handles the special colors for U.S.
Customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all complaints are accurately recorded in the appropriate systems while following ISO and SOX required procedures.
Utilize SAP to enter complaint information and supporting data, invoice and release credits, and update the status of complaints upon investigation completion.
Complete initial complaint follow-up and attain missing data from Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Sales Representative Investigate complaints and service issues (i.e.
incorrect invoices, freight charges, incorrect material or quantity, pricing and allowances) directly or by delegating to internal resources (shipping, pricing, technical, or quality) as appropriate.
Follow-up with internal employees as needed to resolve complaints within targeted timeline.
Obtain necessary approvals for returns and credits and process credits and debits in conjunction with Finance.
Obtain and continuously enhance a broad knowledge of product lines, delivery time and similar data as required relating to the business units being served.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers, and personnel in internal/external departments whose functions directly affect the service level to our customers.
Possess a thorough understanding of all interfacing departments (credit, distribution, inventory control, etc.) Calculate claims submitted for customer specials and obtain approval for credits.
Order supplies and maintain the filing system for backorders, pick slips, credits, etc.
Complete monthly reports
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment SAP experience preferred.

The PIM and DAM Specialist will be responsible for efficiently managing and optimizing our product data and digital assets.

Responsibilities:
Act as a super user and the main point of contact for all internal PIM users across various departments, including product marketing, sales, and IT.

Manage the collection, maintenance, and distribution of product data for several categories of hardware and home improvement products. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across all digital platforms and channels. Own the uploading of digital assets across PIM and DAM platforms, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of metadata throughout the process. Maintain and update product data feeds for third-party website integrations. Develop and implement best practices for data governance to maintain high data integrity. Conduct regular audits and quality checks of product data and digital assets. Manage the translation of product marketing content and manage the distribution of the translated materials. Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), or similar SaaS environments, ideally within the hardware and home improvement industry. Expertise with systems such as inriver, WebDam, and Acquia; experience in product categorization, taxonomy, and metadata management; adept at data manipulation using Excel. The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.

All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.

Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices, including but not limited to pricing, company vehicles, safety, order entry, estimating, general contracting procedures, designation, and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc.

Responsible for adding hours to SO# in SAP if extra time is required and approved.
Responsible for tracking all leaks within a specified division. Responsible for following up with regional dispatchers on leak calls that have labor hours or costs posted but have not been completed in FSM/SAP. Responsible for reviewing all completed warranty leaks and determining if the scope being completed is to be covered under Tremco Warranty or if billable.
Responsible for calculating and invoicing leaks within 4-7 days of field completion.
Responsible for closing invoiced leak calls (TECO'ing service orders and corresponding contract line). Responsible for processing subcontractor invoices for payment. Ensure leak data has been entered in OLI before invoicing.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing a wide array of communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters.
