Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.
Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
The Technical Sales Representative ensures that the assigned revenue, margin, and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts the northern Texas and Oklahoma region..
The candidate must live in the territory to support it.
We prefer the candidate to live in the center of the region which is Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas.
This position supports the Dryvit business units.
Dryvit cladding, continuous insulation and exterior wall panels enable any aesthetic -stone, masonry, metal, terracotta, brick- with built-in energy efficiency and fast, easy installation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.
Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company.
Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) EIFS product knowledge is a plus. Basic knowledge of product chemistries
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travelwithin assigned territory.

The Vice President of Demand Generation and Communications is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
This role ensures brand consistency and oversees omni-channel marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with business objectives.
Additionally, they will manage the marketing budget to deliver an optimal return on marketing investments, as well as manage the work efforts of managers/individual contributors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Brand Strategy and Development:Develop and lead all brand and demand generation marketing activities, building an enterprise marketing program aligned with organizational growth strategies.Strengthen market leadership in B2C and B2B segments.
Integrated Marketing Leadership:Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, monitor performance, analyze data, make necessary adjustments to optimize results, develop and manage campaign budgets, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns' return on investment.
Public Relations (PR):Develop and evolve a comprehensive brand positioning strategy; recommend, implement, and manage brand identity, brand architecture, and naming systems across the services portfolio.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual elements.
Communications:Oversee the creation, development, and implementation of integrated marketing communications programs to drive brand awareness, reputation, preference, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, including promotional campaigns, marketing events, and digital marketing.
Digital Transformation: Drive digital and performance marketing strategies including SEO, e-mail marketing, automated marketing, social media, web optimization and user-experience.

QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
15+ years of proven experience in demand generation, communications, marketing, or related roles and five years of management responsibility.
Strong understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., Brand Watch, Marketo, Pardot).
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make insight-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and driving results.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing change.
Experience in home improvement is a plus.
Knowledgeable in GTM strategies for new products.
Involvement in innovation and product marketing.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000, bonus eligible

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sr.
Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Also assists with non-endpoint related projects such as site upgrades (wireless and wired networks, phone system, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide timely solutions to end-user's IT issues, while documenting details via a ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Facilitate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices. Perform system refreshes, upgrades, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks as required, while following and maintaining documentation of process. Utilize and help update knowledge management system pertaining to IT support items. Facilitate in hardware life-cycle management process and asset tracking.
Nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed. Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed. Create and update end-user documentation and knowledge articles.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to educate end-users on how to utilize IT services and applications 2 to 4 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, mobile devices, and printers. 2 to 4 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems 2 to 4 years of experience with troubleshooting Microsoft's M365 suite of applications 1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft's Active Directory and Group Policies (Depending on the site) 1 to 2 years of experience with RF Guns and Label Printers Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.
