Key Responsibilities
Advising public and independent sector health clients on a range of procurement matters under both the Procurement Act 2023 and the Provider Selection Regime in respect of health matters
Drafting and advising on procurement documentation
Drafting contractual terms and conditions including framework agreements, call-off terms, bespoke contracts, licensing arrangements and data protection documentation
Working on innovative contracting models including joint ventures, alliance agreements and collaboration arrangements
Supporting the wider team on commercial and regulatory work on a broad range of day to day matters for NHS and independent sector clients
About You
Qualified Solicitor (2yrs PQE+) with experience ideally within the health sector, including advising in commercial, technology, data protection and/or regulatory law.

The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.

Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.

Role Objectives
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations for the company. Assure all safety procedures are adhered to and maintain a safe work environment. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity. Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget for the shipping and receiving and E commerce business. Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
Ensure the packaging and assembly departments support the needs of the business and maintains a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution. Direct and manage direct customer experience for warehouse operations. Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems. Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant. Oversee materials and inventory. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
Required skills and qualifications.
Three or more years of proven success in a warehouse operations management role. Strong skills in budget development and oversight. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service. Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes. Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field. Working knowledge of management software programs, SAP, Manhattan, Microsoft Office. Strong collaboration skills, including experience with database development. Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience

Pay Range

Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services to architectural, design and engineering firms with a specific geographic region.
Works with Design Build construction firms. Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts by executing necessary paperwork such as maintaining a Salesforce Automation (SFA) database with projects and activities associated with that project and/or account.
Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers/Market Managers/Business Development Managers regarding project recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects within his/her SFA project pipeline.
Gives group presentations to architects, interior designers and engineers relating to Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services.
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management. Contacts a minimum of 10-15 clients in-person per week.
Enter a minimum of 5 new projects per week within Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years' industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
Has the ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
