You will support the Specialist Services operations team in providing leadership, support, mentorship and line management to the Registered Home Managers

As the Operations Manager your key responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple care sites
Ensure CQC compliance and inspection readiness
Line-manage registered/service managers
Monitor quality, incidents, and safeguarding
Control budgets, staffing costs, and agency spend
Standardise processes and policies across sites
Handle escalated complaints and serious incidents
Lead service improvements and turnarounds
Liaise with commissioners, local authorities, families
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Background in multi-site care home or supported living operations management
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards
Proven track record in financial oversight, budgets, occupancy and fee improvement
Experience leading teams, coaching Registered/Service Managers, and improving service performance
Demonstrable record of improving or maintaining ‘Good' inspection outcomes
Skilled in audits, quality assurance, reporting, and corrective action planning
Hold a full UK driving licence
The successful Operations Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 specialist to help our client get significantly more value from our existing ERP system.
While Dynamics AX 2012 is embedded in their operations, it is not being used to its full capability.
This role will focus on analysing current usage, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and leading training and adoption initiatives to ensure the system better supports the business.
This is a hands-on, consultative role requiring strong functional knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012, business process understanding, and the ability to engage and train end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a detailed assessment of how Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is currently used across the business
- Analyse existing business processes and map them to Dynamics AX functionality, identifying gaps, workarounds, inefficiencies, and underutilised features.
- Identify missed capabilities within Dynamics AX 2012 and recommend practical improvements, configurations, or process changes.
- Work with stakeholders to define optimised future-state processes that better leverage AX functionality.
- Configure and fine-tune Dynamics AX 2012 (within existing architecture) to improve usability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT, developers, and third-party partners where customisations or integrations are required.
- Develop clear documentation, process guides, and best-practice recommendations.
- Design and deliver role-based training for end users, power users, and administrators.
- Provide hands-on support during the implementation of improvements and during change adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business on how to continuously improve the use of Dynamics AX.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in a functional, consulting, or solution lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, sales, reporting).
- Demonstrated experience assessing underperforming ERP environments and improving system adoption and value.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and process improvements.
- Experience delivering end-user training and change management support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Management Analyst is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of key Stonhard initiatives, including Stage Gate and other strategic projects.
This role partners cross-functionally to align resources, track timelines, and communicate progress, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and support organizational goals
Essential Functions
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Stonhard's Stage Gate process and software. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, deliverables, and milestones.
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing changes Track and report on project status, including executive leadership, risks, and issues, providing proactive recommendations to maintain timelines and quality. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, serving as the contact point for teams across units, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders and project teams. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities. Support ad hoc initiatives requiring project management oversight or coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field Minimum 3 years business experience Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, time tracking, leadership
Preferred Requirements
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent project management credential Experience with Stage Gate or other product development frameworks Training in project management methodologies (training available for qualified candidates)

Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required.
As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a ‘can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
