Summary:
The Technician II is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Also assists with non-endpoint related projects such as site upgrades (wireless and wired networks, phone system, etc)
Responsibilities: Evaluate incoming tickets to identify patterns, analyze current toolset and gather end-user requirements to provide recommendations for optimization.
Manage incoming support tickets from end users, including documenting details, providing troubleshooting steps and resolution.
Install, maintain and support end user software. Manage the end point lifecycle process and make recommendations for optimization.
Lead efforts, and provide guidance on, defining the future end point strategy.
Manage the tracking of leased assets and the configuration of new leased equipment.
Manage End Point vendor relationships. Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
Assist with other facets of IT Infrastructure operations as needed.
Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur. Analyze and correlate data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Facilitate information to the management as required, including producing and delivering various dashboard, metrics, and other reports.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices 3 to 5 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems 3 to 5 years of experience with troubleshooting the Microsoft Office suite of applications 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft Entra administration 3 to 5 years of Microsoft Server Active Directory administration Knowledge of RF Guns and Label Printers Knowledge of TCP/IP principals, including DNS and DHCP Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline. Ability to identify business and IT technical requirements. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions. Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in agile discipline.
Targeted Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 annually

JOB PURPOSE:
New Product Design Engineer will have the responsibility for design, development and testing of application of new product concepts for our new technology development and existing products.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure that the designs meet market needs, cost targets, and production requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Participate in research of internal and external voice of customer meetings, analyze customer needs and insights, and translate them into value-added design solutions. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that the designs meet/exceed market/product needs, cost targets, and production requirements. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. Identify, assess and select potential 3rd party design and /or manufacturing partners, and act as our project manager liaison with selected firm(s), travel to production facilities to evaluate processes and ensure compliance and quality to the standards. Develop and perform competitive assessments and analyses Act as the "thought and team leader' for the business regarding product delivery system and packaging design. Create and/or guide engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances for designs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Material and Mechanical Engineering or other related fields. 5 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for various wipes of tools and delivery systems for coatings, cleaners and other consumer and industrial products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components Experience working with tooling manufacturers both domestically and internationally. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills including good special acuity for design. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout.
Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Monitor changes in EHS, Process Safety, and Security laws and regulations, assess the impact of the changes on the organization, and develop guidance documents to satisfy new/modified EHS, Process Safety, and Security requirements.

Education and Experience:

In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.
Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.
Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
Colleagues will be offered a benefit called Wagestream, which enables colleagues to track, save and access up to 50% of their wages prior to pay day.
Wagestream also offers financial advice, all contributing to the financial wellbeing of RAS colleagues
