Duties and responsibilities of the Electrician:
Installation of all types of cables (multi-core, single core, co-axial, fibre optic) and Installation and alignment of electrical systems and equipment (junction boxes, fuse panels, consoles, transformers, switches, etc.).
Cable reeving, banding, terminations, and testing.
Fabricating, assembling, and installing electrical parts of the ship as required.
Using hand and mechanical tools to carry out fabrication and installation tasks.
Supporting apprentices and junior colleagues with knowledge transfer and coaching when needed.
Qualifications and requirement for the Electrician:
Experience as a marine electrician or industrial background (large-scale)
Good knowledge of electrical trade practices, fabrication, and installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication and installation drawings.
Relevant trade papers or apprenticeship completion.
Clear understanding of SHE regulations and risk awareness.

- Responsible for a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims, making use of the firms Case Management Systems and using the agreed internal procedures and practices.

- To deal with cases with denial of liability and causation arguments with minimal supervision.

- To identify early those cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial to litigate and to do so expeditiously.

- To liaise appropriately and timely with sources, medical agencies, experts, third party insurers and other relevant parties to ensure that cases are pro-actively progressed.
- To attend, where appropriate, court hearings to make representations in respect of the claim before the judiciary.
Where necessary, and in accordance with the firms internal policies and procedures, to instruct Barristers to represent clients at hearings and obtain formal Advice over issues of quantum and liability.

Experience and Knowledge

They are now looking to expand further into their Leeds office and are looking for legal advisors to manage a caseload of Fast Track RTA cases through all stages of the investigation and litigation process.
To deliver robust quality claims handling, with a key focus on client outcomes, to generate fee income and to contribute to the general success of the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims, making use of the firms Case Management Systems and using the agreed internal procedures and practices.
- To progress your caseload in a manner to ensure that clients receive appropriate, professional, timely and pertinent legal advice, with regular contact, whilst managing their expectations.
- To deal with cases with denial of liability and causation arguments with minimal supervision.
- To be able to assess liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports, researching and obtaining relevant case law, drafting schedules of special damages and assessing suitable awards for compensation.
- To identify early those cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial to litigate and to do so expeditiously.
- Take a practical but commercial approach to settlements and advising clients as to litigation/cost risks.
- To achieve and exceed various targets set in relation to, for example, profit costs and issuing, without compromising the firms integrity.
- To liaise appropriately and timely with sources, medical agencies, experts, third party insurers and other relevant parties to ensure that cases are pro-actively progressed.
- To attend, where appropriate, court hearings to make representations in respect of the claim before the judiciary.
Where necessary, and in accordance with the firms internal policies and procedures, to instruct Barristers to represent clients at hearings and obtain formal Advice over issues of quantum and liability.
- Perform to a high level in a target orientated environment.
- To undertake any other tasks as deemed relevant and reasonable by the business.
Experience and Knowledge
- Substantial experience of managing your own caseload of Fast Track RTA litigated claims.
- Excellent litigator with strong drafting skills and the ability to negotiate appropriate settlements at the optimum time.
- A solid working knowledge of the CPR, legislation and relevant case law
- Competent working with a case management system and good knowledge of MS Office
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Focus on delivering quality service to clients and the firm.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Obtain and maintain active status of all licenses that Tremco CPG Inc., Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
and Weatherproofing Technologies Canada, Inc.
required to sell materials, provide roofing services, general contracting services, and engineering services in the United States and Canada.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that all federal, state and local business licenses, general contracting licenses, engineering licenses, and roofing contracting licenses are current.
Maintain a Smartsheet or Excel database to record license status Interact with businesspeople on licensing matters Interact with and direct activities of CSC (or similar service provider) to ensure license renewals occur in a timely fashion Interact with and direct activities of Nationwide (or similar service provider) to manage the status of license qualifiers and exam scheduling for contracting and engineering licenses Timely process payments for license and qualifier fees Effectively communicate with relevant federal, state and local licensing agencies. Perform general administrative duties, including, but not limited to: Drafting and finalizing department correspondence Electronic scanning and filing Creating PowerPoint or other presentation materials. Other duties as assigned by the Executive VP - WTI/WTC and/or the Director of Contract Management
EDUCATION:
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years related experience and/or training

The primary result expected from the Machine Operator is to package abrasives and related products by operating, setting up, adjusting, and performing QC checks while tending to machines/hand fills to package product in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner according to specifications.
Tasks PROFILE: Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product.
Tend or operate machine that packages product.
Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items.
Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
Secure finished packaged items by gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener.
Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels.
Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing.
