As our Production Supervisor you will be there to supervise the shift to manufacture paint and related products. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are.

Here's what you can expect every day: Ensure schedule adherence and quality standards are met. Provide direction to associates in Production Dept. Maintain employee records, Kronos/Payroll, corrective action, warnings, etc. Adhere to company policies, Federal, State Local requirement and ISO Standards. Ensure all operations are in compliance with all procedures, rules and regulations. Perform routine inspection on all production activities assuring that quality standards are met. Document training of all associates on new procedures and equipment.
Keep employees trained and well informed on new processes. Work with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics on all equipment problems, change-overs and issues concerning safety in all departments. Oversee shift clean up tasks, communicate safety and processing concerns as well as issues with regulatory compliance. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with Managers, Purchasing and Production Scheduler. Ensure shift to shift hand-off is completed and problems are addressed via email to Production Manager and other shifts. Accomplish related results as assigned. Required Experience:
Associate degree required; BS in an Engineering or Business discipline strongly preferred or commensurate experience. Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing. A proven change agent with demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a diverse group of associates. Train and Coordinate teams to achieve high levels of productivity, quality and safety performance. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office packages, SAP experience preferred. JOB PURPOSE:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the corporate quality team.
The role will work with our internal quality teams to work on continuous improvement activities as well as supporting new product activities.
They will take leadership of our Product Complaint Review (PCR) process, where they will analyze consumer complaint data and identify opportunities for improvement in our products that will drive improved customer and consumer satisfaction.
This individual will work closely with our corporate and plant quality teams, as well as manufacturing and R&D.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with plant and corporate quality teams on management of quality projects and new product launches. Risk assessments on new product launches.
Design and implementation of new quality processes Statistical assessments of process capabilities and identification of opportunities for improvement. Analyze product complaint data, identify opportunities for improvement and work across cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
Will include In depth analysis of customer complaint data in excel, identification of poorly performing products from the data analysis and engaging the brand and R&D teams to identify possible product improvements. Support day-to-day management of quality incidents, processes, etc.
through data analysis and utilization of root cause analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-3+ years of experience (in a manufacturing setting) or equivalent process industry or consumer products manufacturing experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and/or Mechanical preferred) or Chemistry Proficient in MS office, Statistical analysis (Minitab, etc).
SAP experience desirable.
Nice to have: Experience in lean, six sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies Possible travel up to 30%

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
During each term as a Process Engineering Co-Op they will have the opportunity to learn, experience and contribute to the operations of the polyurethane sealants and coatings manufacturing process.
The co-op will develop an understanding of the relationship between the manufacturing process and the various teams that support the process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will work in conjunction with the process and quality engineering group to support safety, quality, maintenance and production processes.
Learn and use process tools such as Process Safety Management, Behavioral Risk Improvement and Lean Six-Sigma tools including 5S, A3 Problem Solving, Statistical Process Control and Value Stream Mapping.
Interaction with the plant will be part of the daily routine.
Some responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Lead small projects for improvement of a process or equipment Collect data for process waste reduction Edit or create P&IDs Work alongside Process Engineers on Capital Expense Projects Conduct meetings to communicate information or collaborate on projects Serve as a back-up for the Quality Lab Safety
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Must be a sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing, pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering at an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required.
Experience with manufacturing is encouraged but not required
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding process variance and the resultant effects on Quality Knowledge of applied statistics Ability to perform problem analysis utilizing problem solving methodology.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Functions:
Remove and properly dispose of liquid and solid material and material build-up from portable industrial containers.
Perform cleaning of portable containers which includes cleaning of the interiors of containers with chemical cleaning agents to remove products using shovels, squeegees, scrapers, or other means as required to prepare the container for future production operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns that arise during the cleaning process. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the proper containment and disposal of non-hazardous waste. Perform housekeeping and safety related tasks (i.e., work area cleanup). Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and material shortages immediately to the Production Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED: additional qualifications will be a plus. Minimum 6 months' experience in a manufacturing facility.
Knowledge of machine equipment used in batch processing. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend associated documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and SDS sheets. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Primary Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high volume manufacturing positions, including production, warehouse and administrative support roles. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering timely communication and feedback. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and sales talent acquisition, and recommend process improvements as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high volume recruitment within an applicant tracking system. Proven track record of success in sourcing talent. Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
