As our Packaging Operator you will package paint and related products by operating, setting up, adjusting, and performing QC checks while tending to machines and hand fills to package paint in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner according to specifications. Minimum Qualifications

Production Maintenance Technician I
Production Maintenance Technician I is the entry-level classification in the Production Maintenance Technician series and is intended for individuals with limited or no related work experience.
Employees in the classification receive on-the-job training and experience in the maintenance of process equipment.
As experience and proficiency are gained, assignments will become more varied and difficult; supervision become more general rather than direct.
This level requires knowledge and competent demonstration of the following within 6 (six) months of hire: Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, working knowledge of hand tools and problem-solving skills. Production Maintenance Technician II

Solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, general maintenance processes and methods, power tools, welders and machine shop equipment. Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
