Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.

Excellent analytical skills in the areas of process efficiency to focus efforts on "bottle neck" elimination and develop justification for capital improvements. This level requires the following certifications: Design of Experiments SolidWorks Administration PDM (CPAP) Senior Manufacturing Engineer perform broader skilled work and specialize in one trade or craft but perform work in a variety of disciplines.

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout.
Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.

In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process.
