As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at this firm, your caseload will be split between property and commercial litigation.
The successful candidate should have:
At least 2 years post qualified experience
High standards of client care
Excellent Communication Skills
Diligent drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
A strong sense of teamwork
Experience in dealing with the following actions would be beneficial:
Landlord and tenant matters
Possessions and Evictions
Rent arrears and reviews
Boundary disputes
Easements, breaches and creation; and
Applications to the Land Tribunal or Lease Tribunal
