You will be responsible for:
* Lead the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and care standards.

* Minimum 2 years' recent experience in children's residential care.
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
* Competence in IT, including Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence.
