Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects before production to ensure a clean, clear, and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or products per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set up, cleaned, sanitized, and operated properly before, after, and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts ongoing assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs.
Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times and reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.

Production Quality Lab Technicians may have to dispose of product samples, line flush, off-spec product, or expired product retain samples.
This waste material is transferred to the hazardous waste satellite accumulation drum.
2.
Production workers clean equipment and tanks pre-rinse, wipe, scrub, and final rinse surfaces using wash solvent, brushes and rags.
Dirty solvent is transferred to the satellite accumulation area.
3.
Transfer used wash solvent to the satellite accumulation drum or tank.
4.
Ensure hazardous waste storage or accumulation containers remain sealed except during the addition or removal of waste.
5.
Ensure Hazardous Waste storage containers are clearly labeled "Hazardous Waste."
6.
Care must be exercised when introducing waste into the satellite accumulation drum.
Do not drop on floor or area.
In the case of any spilled material, spills or drops shall be cleaned up immediately.
7.
When 55 gallons has accumulated, the satellite accumulation container must be moved to a permanent hazardous waste storage area within 3 days and relabeled "Hazardous Waste."

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Strategic Sourcing Buyer II/ Senior is responsible for working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to diversify how and where materials are procured, brings new products to market, and tactfully supports operational buying.
This role encompasses planning, data analysis, reporting, negotiating, process development and cost management.
To deliver successful results, the Strategic Sourcing Buyer must develop strong internal/external relationships and knowledge of operations.

Essential Duties
Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers that meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Design and implement scalable sourcing plans
Implement vendor contracts and supply agreements
Manage Bills of Material for new products, work with suppliers and buyers to obtain cost, lead time, minimum order quantity, tooling cost, to support all phases of development and product launch
Collaborate with other Legend Brands buyers and suppliers in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, problem resolution, and new product introduction
Participate in Engineering and New Products Teams as an active member helping to influence best practice sourcing
Work with Quality Assurance to ensure procured materials/services meet technical, business, and quality requirements
Build relationships and collaborate with Sales Operations, Engineering, QA, Materials Management, Product Management, New Product Development, Accounting, and Production
Utilize advanced Excel functionality and D365 to analyze data, implement solutions and create successful business results
Manage and maintain procurement-related data and systems to support reporting and analysis
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maximize performance
Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Report-out to leadership on project timelines, improvement, and status
Execute and develop objectives to improve against department KPIs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field required
Purchasing Certification is preferred
Previous project management experience preferred
Technical knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment a plus
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Strategic Sourcing Buyer II
The Strategic Sourcing Buyer II is required to have a minimum of 5-10 years of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following:
Develop and execute category strategies
Lead supplier negotiations and contract management
Influence stakeholders on sourcing decisions and supplier selection
Develop and execute category strategies
Senior Strategic Sourcing Buyer
The senior level of the Strategic Sourcing Buyer series and is required to have a minimum of 5-10+ years of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following:
Deep category knowledge and advanced sourcing skills
Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives or global procurement strategies
Strong commercial and contractual expertise
Mentor junior sourcing staff
Lead supplier negotiations and contract management

We're recruiting for a Workshop Service Technician to join a well-established and growing hire division within a global equipment business.
This is a hands on workshop-based role focused on servicing, repairing, maintaining and preparing industrial cleaning equipment ready for hire and customer use.
You'll play a key part in ensuring machines are turned around efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
This role would suit someone general engineering background who enjoys fault finding, repairs and working as part of a close-knit technical team.
The Role for the Workshop Service Technician
Diagnose, service and repair a range of industrial cleaning equipment
Carry out pre-delivery inspections and machine preparation
Ensure machines are cleaned, tested and ready for customer hire
Fault find across mechanical and electrical systems
Replace components and complete repair records accurately
Maintain high workshop standards, health & safety and organisation
Work closely with the wider hire and service team to ensure turnaround times are achieved
Support continuous improvement and maintain excellent service standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within a service, workshop or engineering environment
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Basic electrical diagnostic knowledge would be advantageous
Organised and self-motivated approach
Team player with good communication skills
Comfortable using systems/tablets for job updates and reporting

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs.
Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
