The Opportunity
As a Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of day to day marketing activity that keeps the brand visible, clients engaged and communication flowing.
You will manage email communications, support organic social content, coordinate webinars and help streamline marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily marketing execution including email communications, CRM workflows and client outreach using HubSpot
Coordinate webinars including planning, stakeholder communication, content organisation and post event follow ups
Support organic social media activity across key channels, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and humanises the B2B presence
Organise information and maintain accurate, structured marketing assets and documentation
Create and refine visual content using Canva and, ideally, Figma to support campaigns and brand consistency
Assist with project coordination, helping manage timelines, priorities and workflow across marketing initiatives
Ideal Experience
Background in B2B marketing with confidence working independently and executing tasks without close supervision
Hands on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation tool
Good working knowledge of organic social media channels and how to deliver content that resonates in a B2B context
Strong time management and organisational abilities, with experience juggling multiple tasks or small projects
Creative mindset with basic design capability in Canva, plus an eye for brand presentation (Notion experience is a bonus)

Responsibilities:
Distributor & Rep Group Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with roofing distributors across the central U.S.
Work with Rust-Oleum's Rep Group to secure product placement at distributor locations and grow market share.
Support Two-Step Distribution and Paint Channel divisions by promoting Rust-Oleum's Roofing products to additional market segments.
Assist distributors with promotions, product displays, and local events to drive product awareness and sales.
Contractor Engagement:
Call on roofing contractors to promote Rust-Oleum products and train them on proper application techniques.
Conduct roof inspections and assessments, providing system recommendations to contractors.
Drive pull-through sales by encouraging contractors to purchase Rust-Oleum products through stocking distributors.
Sales Strategy & Program Development:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the Roofing Platform by increasing product placement at distributor locations and expanding contractor engagement.
Coordinate buying group shows, industry conferences, and tradeshows to promote Rust-Oleum Roofing products.
Technical Support & Product Training:
Conduct pre-project inspections, including adhesion tests and product recommendations.
Provide hands-on training to contractors on product systems and installation best practices.
Troubleshoot product or application issues and offer technical support as needed.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, including customer interactions, forecasts, and sales activities.
Deliver presentations and product training sessions to distributors, contractors, and internal teams.
Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with Rust-Oleum's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
Knowledge of roof coatings, patch & repair products, and roofing systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with distributors, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to perform roof inspections and climb roofs as needed.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Selling the full range of surgical & patient handling products - focus is around gynaecology, general surgery & urology.
Selling to surgeons, consultants, band 7 nurses, team leaders & procurement.
Using Salesforce as a CRM to track all activity.
Mature territory.
Currently on target with lots of business to go at.
50/50 split with NB & existing business.
Expectation is to do 4 key events/meetings per day.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Locality Manager to provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the service managers within the region.
You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers
This is a fantastic role as you will be overseeing 2 Nursing Homes and 1 Extra Care service in Camden, London area

As the Locality Manager your key responsibilities include:
Utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
Become the person in charge and responsible for the day-to-day running of the Services by the Services Managers with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users and matters arising
Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Services, and maintain high levels of occupancy
Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC and for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines
Promote the Equality and Diversity of Service Users living and staff working in the environment
Build the reputation of the Services
Support the development and maintain confidence in the Quality of our services with our local authority contract partners
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Management experience gained in relevant health/social care setting
Experience of managing and organising resources, including budgetary control and effective people management
Ability to work flexibly, on occasion, to ensure 24/7 cover throughout the year
Ability to answer out of hours problems in a genuine emergency
Must have experience in managing a portfolio of residential care or nursing services
Essential to have sound knowledge of care regulations, commercial awareness with proven record of budgetary control as well as dynamic and engaging leadership style
A track record of managing multi-site adult and social care services within the sector and private providers
The successful Locality Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £75,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week on days.
