Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of projects in line with direction from Head of Projects
Manage full project lifecycle from handover (tender stage) through execution to close-out
Coordinate with Commercial team to ensure smooth transition from tendering to operations
Maintain full awareness and control of contractual, commercial, and technical project aspects
Monitor and control project budgets, including, cost tracking and forecasting and invoice preparation, review, and approvals
Develop and maintain project plans where required
Coordinate with internal departments and other Project Managers for resource and service alignment
Ensure effective project reporting in line with internal and client requirements
Identify, assess, and manage project risks including, maintain HIRA risk register and develop and track mitigation plans
Lead project close-out activities, including lessons learned and client feedback
Support tendering activities and contract negotiations as required
QHSE Responsibilities
Implement and ensure compliance with company QHSE Management Systems
Adhere to ISO standards and relevant industry regulations (e.g.
SCC / VCA)
Promote a strong safety culture focused on prevention and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Project Management role (offshore/subsea preferred)
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project risks
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Project Management certification (desirable)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

AV Project Manager - I am after a project manager with good Audio Visual systems delivery experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opportunity Evaluation & Pipeline Qualification: Serves as the first technical review of all opportunities generated by Tremco sales representatives and national account teams.
Evaluates incoming opportunities for:
Technical feasibility
Strategic fit
Budget realism
Operational alignment
Determine the appropriate delivery path:
Restoration
Retrofit
Replacement
Decline / reposition opportunity
Scope Development:Develop clear, defensible scopes of work for AHU restoration projects including:
Coil replacement
Fan array retrofits
Interior protective coatings

Filtration and IAQ improvements.
Work directly with Pure Air's engineering team to ensure scopes reflect best-practice restoration methodology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

Joining at a pivotal time, you'll be managing the day-to-day financial operations of various UK holding and investment companies.
Playing a key part between the CFO, Divisional MD, and the wider leadership team, for an expanding company (Circa £5 Billion)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Group Financial Reporting, Statutory Accounts, and Quarterly Group Reporting
Overseeing financial operations across various UK sites
Produce annual group consolidated financial statements, reviewing, challenging, and validating submissions
Own financial reporting, financial reviews, cash flow forecasting, audits, monthly management accounts, and annual budgets.
Prepare board reports, presentations, and monthly business updates
Prepare PSA returns
Review maintenance of books and records across the portfolio of the group
Partner with the FC to enhance reporting processes
Manage, coach, and develop three direct reports
Support the wider finance function
What We're Looking For:
Must be ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 3 years PQ experience.
Commercially focused.
Experience working within an accountancy practice is desirable but not essential
Must have strong technical accounting experience, ideally within a Group handling complex financial reporting
Experience with VAT and Tax returns
Experience of people management, training and coaching
Ideally you will have worked with MRI systems, Excel is essential
