The Assistant Property Manager is part of the South-West team.

Job Responsibilities
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
Assist the class teacher with planning, resources, and differentiation.
Encourage independence, resilience, and progress in learning.
Create a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support children's individual needs.
Qualifications/Experience
To be successful in this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will need:
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting is desirable
Strong communication skills and a nurturing, patient approach
