Responsibilities:
Lead environmental, health and safety training. Provide support with Environmental, Health, Safety and Security programs to ensure regulatory compliance and continuously improve performance. Health & Safety Intern will be spending time performing and learning the work Health, Safety, and Environmental that coordinators do. Develop working knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Provides support for the Health, Safety and Environment Team to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with government regulations and company procedures. Schedules and prepares various internal and external Health, Safety and Environment meetings, including preparing reports and presentations. Standardize Spill Response Equipment. Conduct Safety Perception Survey and perform related follow-up actions. Conduct EHS Assessments (PPE, Hazard/Risk for new equipment/process, Safety Walks) Manage functions of the Contractor Safety Program
Requirements
Major: Associate degree College classification (freshman, sophomore, junior or senior): Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior. Interested in operational manufacturing environments. Excellent computation skills and communication skills.

Job Purpose
The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for administering and coordinating the administrative requirements related to sales processes, including but not limited to managing customer data and records, coordinating with multiple departments, material and shipment management, analyzing sales reports, and providing proactive administrative support to sales teams.
Principal Accountabilities

Reviews order invoicing and subcontractor payment details to determine if within approval guidelines; escalates for approval as needed; enters information into the computer system and generates payments and invoices. Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required. Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field, preferred. 2+ years prior related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $52,000 and $55,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.

Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed Pre-Proposal Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals. Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish the Project Schedule. Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information. Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Obtain Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.

WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Responsibilities
Provide process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production, and packaging functions to improve safety, and support the MS 168 continuous improvement process.
Production Support
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation.
Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly
Capital Plan
Coordinates with plant engineer to oversee capital projects necessary for the continued improvement and modernization of the plant.
Ensure completion of projects within budgets.
Safety
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions.
Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc.

Administer process hazard analyses (PHA's) for identified materials, processes, and RHP Compliance

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering 2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience. Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process.
