Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse and customer service teams to meet performance targets
Oversee stock control, goods-in processes, and quarterly stock takes
Ensure efficient logistics planning (own fleet and third-party hauliers)
Lead, coach, and develop staff to maximise productivity and service
Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency
Handle customer complaints and promote a service-driven culture
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations
Collaborate with Sales and Procurement to align depot operations with business goals
Candidate Requirements:
2-4 years' experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse leadership role
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting operational KPIs
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
Customer service focus, ideally with retail experience
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g.
Six Sigma) desirable

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.

Track, report, and reduce manufacturing waste.
Work directly with purchasing personnel on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification.
Lead ISO Quality systems.
Research into customer complaints including but not limited to engaging in root cause investigation, suggesting corrective action, implementing actions, and providing follow up while following the SAP quality process and maintaining metrics.
Manage all lab functions and staff, while assuring the safety and integrity of those operations and employees.
Maintain all testing equipment and ensure that it is in proper working order.
Organize and maintain related files, logs, and reports.
Develop quality standards/test/inspection plan for raw materials and finished products (specification, sample size and frequency) as well as a robust training process.
Develop lean and sustainable saving plans and facilitate small K generation and implementation.
Lead all product compliance activities to ensure certification.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A High School diploma is required.
Bachelor's degree in quality, chemistry, chemical engineering, durable manufacturing or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality related programs such as lean, ISO, six sigma, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Attain and maintain all related Health and Safety Certifications.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Integra Education are seeking a highly experienced Education Psychologist to manage and coordinate the therapy elements of an EHCP delivered by Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) package for two young people aged between 15 and 18.
This is a part-time position that can be delivered remotely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary therapy team, including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language, Art Therapist, Autism and PDA practitioner, and Mental Health practitioner, ensuring interventions are aligned with each young person's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and are consistently reviewed, commissioned, and reported on.
You will be working closely with the Provision Coordinator and will play an active role in the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and annual review processes.
Delivery Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, term time only.
Delivery is expected to take place Monday to Friday (3-4 hours per day), hours must be completed between 9-5.30pm, we can be flexible, but the hours must be fixed upon starting, to ensure availability for coordination with families, therapists, and professionals.

Ensure all therapy provision is delivered in line with EHCP requirements and reflects each young person's evolving needs.

Essential Criteria:
Professional qualification in education, psychology, therapy, or health-related discipline
Experience managing or coordinating therapy or multi-disciplinary teams in education or health contexts
Experience supporting young people aged 14-19 with SEND and/or therapeutic needs, ideally within educational or alternative settings
Strong understanding of EHCP processes and SEND frameworks in England
Familiarity with a range of therapeutic disciplines (e.g., OT, SALT, mental health, autism support)
Excellent coordination, planning, organisation and communication skills
Proficient in using remote communication tools and digital documentation systems
Comfortable working remotely and independently while maintaining structured oversight and documentation
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with a variety of external contractors
