The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.

Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Ensure the subcontractor has submitted the required documents. Establish timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report as required. Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM when needed. Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed Pre-Proposal Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals. Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish the Project Schedule. Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information. Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Obtain Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
Other Requirements:

Our client, a leading law firm in the heart of Newcastle, is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join their growing compliance team.
The role would suit a Compliance Officer or Compliance Assistant, with upwards of 2 years' compliance experience gained either in a legal or professional services environment.
Working alongside the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will be responsible for:
Providing compliance support to a range of different teams within a full service law firm.
Following anti-money laundering procedures and dealing with ID checks
Dealing with the client onboarding process.
Reporting on risk and compliance issues.
Dealing with new instructions and file opening.
Obtaining required ID documentation from new clients.
Using a case management system; and other general compliance support responsibilities.
Requirements:
Upwards of 1 years' experience as a compliance officer gained within a regulated legal or professional services environment.
