This is a three-chair dental practice with a mobile Nitrous and a brand-new TRIOS3 scanner.
The surgeries benefit from two Planmecca and one Adec chair.
You will benefit from full and well-established patient books, as you will be taking over from a retiring Dentist.
The clinic will be relocating at the end of 2023 to modern state-of-the-art premises and with this in mind, they are open to buying any new equipment you require if requested.
The new clinic will be a four-chair practice providing general dentistry but also RCT, crown, and veneers (composite and porcelain).
The clinic currently refers out all dentures and Implants, thus, there is an opportunity here if you are skilled and interested in this area of dentistry.

Our Client, are specialists in fully supported hard metal roofing, facades, SFS, Rainscreen cladding systems and flat roofing for all types of projects.
The daily duties include:
- Preparing tenders for various types of contractors including tier 1's.
Tenders can exceed several millions in value.
- Undertaking accurate take offs and preparing detailed scope mark-ups from construction drawings using Bluebeam Software.
- Calculating rates including labour, material costs, overheads and profit, preliminary items using excel estimating spreadsheets.
- Offering value engineering solutions.
- Populating client bills of quantities and pricing schedules
- Issuing enquiries and gathering material prices with the assistance of the estimating document controller from a range of manufacturers and suppliers.
- Issuing enquires for U value and condensation risk calculations to our suppliers.
- Assisting the estimating director with reviewing enquiry documents thoroughly, ensuring compliance with specifications, scope of works documents, attendances, section 106 local labour obligations etc.
- Reviewing of client programmes and identifying the time related risks associated with them.

As a Cladding & Roofing Estimator, you will prepare tenders for various contractors, including Tier 1, with values reaching several million.
You will be responsible for:
* Conduct accurate take-offs and scope mark-ups using Bluebeam Software.
* Calculate rates, including labour, materials, overheads, and profit, using AMR Excel spreadsheets.
* Source and analyse supplier quotations, material prices, and technical submissions.
* Review client enquiry documents to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.
* Attend meetings, negotiate with clients, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Participate in project handovers, ensuring a smooth transition from estimating to execution.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
* Experience in CWCT-tested rainscreen cladding, structural framing systems, and cavity barrier solutions.
* Strong knowledge of aluminium, composite, timber, cementitious, and terracotta rainscreen cladding.
* Understanding of SFS framing systems (e.g., Metsec) and cavity barriers (e.g., Siderise, Tenmat, Rockwool) and non-combustible cladding systems.
* Familiarity with helping hand brackets and rail systems (e.g., Nvelope, Plastestrip, Downer).
