Monday - Friday - 8-30am - 5pm
Processing sales orders including dispatch.
Collating the data into all relevant company systems.
Placing orders in system, receiving goods and processing invoices.
Submitting reports onto the correct compliance systems (i.e.
Trintech).
Actioning month end procedures/reports for HO accounts deadlines
Working collaboratively across all Ibstock Brick support functions, by building effective working relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project. Responsible for specification detail drawings approval.

Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:

Tremco Field Safety Engineer
General Purpose:
Under the direction of the Assistant Safety Director, the Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees.
Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions.
Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join an established Accident Repair Centre in the Perivale area.
To be considered for this role you must be currently working in an accident repair centre in an identical role or have done so in the last 3 years.
You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Use computerised estimating systems
- Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Contact customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
- ATA is advantageous but not essential
- Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills

They require a Flight Dynamics Engineer to bring robust, innovative concepts into the trajectory planning and optimization processes, whilst developing relative orbit determination mechanisms, streamlining the operational interfaces with all information related to the spacecrafts surroundings.
The successful candidate will experience a range of orbital environments and scenarios as the team perform not only the standard operational life-cycle but also rendezvous, docking and separation activities.
The role will include the design, development, testing and operations of the complete Flight Dynamics suite.
Responsibilities for the Flight Dynamics Engineer:
- Develop the mission design of the spacecraft, from requirements derivation and Concept of Operations (ConOps) down to algorithm definitions and interface specifications.
- Perform modelling, simulation, analysis and optimization in mission design, orbital manoeuvres and orbit estimation.
- Develop Solar Radiation Pressure and drag tables based upon articulating models.
- Develop state-of-the-art Flight Dynamics telemetry monitoring and command generation tools.
- Interface with the Space Situational Awareness providers to ensure safe passage for orbiting craft and promote safe practice for all flight operations.
- Support real-time operations of the spacecraft including flight dynamics operations, manoeuvre planning, execution and assessment, relative orbit estimation and multi-object orbit determination.
- Support critical operations, including Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP), rendezvous, docking, separation and end-of-life.
Experience required by the Flight Dynamics Engineer:
- Bachelors degree in mathematics, computer science, software engineering or relevant science discipline.
- Experience in spacecraft flight operations.
- Experience in programming (Matlab and Python desirable).
- Experience using Linux and scripting
- Education or experience in Mission Analysis
- Education or experience in Guidance, Navigation and Control
