The Finance Manager position provides support to the Director of Finance and the business team.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career from a Sr.
Financial Analyst role.
The individual will be instrumental in providing key financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions and overall financial management of the company. The role involves managing financial reviews, forecasting, annual operating plans, and month-end closing processes.
Responsibilities encompass management of the business unit's monthly financial review process, oversight of financial and compliance procedures, effective communication of business results and trends, serving as a financial advisor, developing financial forecasts, and aiding in cost, budget, and inventory control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a business partner to business leaders by providing timely, accurate information and insights. Develop and manage annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and monthly forecasts. Interpret and present monthly financial results to management, highlighting trends and analyzing variances in revenue, cost, profit, and other financial performance indicators. Monitor the financial health of the business by analyzing financial data and performance, preparing reports, and making recommendations based on these analyses. Collaborate closely with both financial and non-financial stakeholders in the analysis of business performance and development of future plans. Ensure the accurate implementation of financial models and analytical techniques to support financial planning and control activities. Oversee month end close activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial controls. Participate in ongoing finance transformation initiatives. Drive change by implementing new reporting solutions in a rapidly evolving environment
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business CPA or MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE:
6-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience. Must have experience forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Efficiently manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Proficient in deciphering complex business drivers, delivering high-quality analytics, and communicating effectively. Technical skills in account reconciliation, cost analysis, month-end close, financial reporting, etc. Familiarity with accounting/financial reporting software (Hyperion Planning/Essbase, HFM, and SAP experience preferred). High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to organize data and draw relevant conclusions. Ability to recognize and interpret trends
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $112,000 and $140,000.

Independently conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
Proactively identify and address safety concerns.
Use DAKOTA software for compliance, incident reporting, and safety management.
Develop and refine "standard work" practices to better understand and apply LEAN principles.
Manage tasks on Engineering Tier and accountability boards, and conduct daily GEMBA Walks.
Lead projects focused on eliminating non-value-added activities using engineering principles.
Enhance equipment efficiency and participate in quality training programs.
Manage process equipment projects with moderate complexity.
Contribute as an active member of the facility's Quality Improvement Council (QIC).
Oversee medium-scale process equipment projects with budget considerations.
Mentor less experienced engineers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: 4-year degree in engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 2+ years of experience.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
GENERAL PURPOSEOF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers ( including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involve working with the superintendent or Tech Rep assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as managing all sub-contractor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. Schedule and manage sub-contractors. Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create and update project schedules. Keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control management of project. Control and schedule all field inspections. Verify that project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy. EDUCATION
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;.
EXPERIENCE
This position requires 10 years experience in commercial / industrial built-up roofing systems and / or 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single ply roofing systems, Building construction, field fabrication of metal work.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
