GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Material Installer applies coating material to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle to be transported to the jobsite.
Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.
Ensure thework areas at theshop and jobsite arecleanedand that trash and wasteare properly disposed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas.
Sift bentonite that is recycled from floors and rejected materials.
Assist in representing environmental and quality ISO management plans.
Participate in facility projects by performing maintenance and repair work related to the facility.
Utilize, sustain, and audit established Lean Manufacturing processes.
Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays when required.

Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.

Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.

The Field Material Installer applies coating material to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle to be transported to the jobsite.
Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.
Ensure thework areas at theshop and jobsite arecleanedand that trash and wasteare properly disposed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Keep timesheetsupto date and accurate.

Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to conform to established specifications, applicable standards and the ISO 9001 Quality System.

Conducts the inspection and testing of raw materials and products, both in process and finished.

Performs measurement checks using tape measure and calibers. Inspects, calibrates and supervises the use of various instrumentation for testing.
Performs data analysis, provides feedback and improvement suggestions to plant personnel, production management, QC Supervisor on all issues concerning quality.
Maintains Quality Control documents and daily reporting of information.
Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.
Assists in trouble shooting machine functions and production issues as they arise.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment with oversight of both raw materials and finished goods.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience using enterprise software such as SAP is preferred.

The responsibilities of the role will require the Project Engineer to oversee the installation and comissioning of new and existing equipment, and assets on the plant, while making sure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required specifications. Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Implementing projects aimed at enhancing plant efficiency and productivity, resulting in cost savings and increased output.
Ensuring safe project execution in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, minimizing the risk of accidents and incidents.
Developing detailed plans for each project or scope of work, monitoring the progress, and providing scheduled updates to relevant stakeholders.
Planning and scheduling the necessary resources to ensure successful project delivery and support.
Participating in the evaluation and selection of equipment and contractors.
Identifying, planning, and managing required resources, including external contractors where necessary
Project Engineer Requirements:
To succeed as a Project Engineer, a degree in Engineering within a relevant discipline is required.
Proven ability to demonstrate experience of project execution within the chemical manufacturing industry.
Expertise in project execution, installation and construction processes, project management, and continuous improvement.
Hands-on experience as a Project Engineer overseeing the delivery of capital projects.
