Overseeing all tendering, cost estimation, and bid processes to ensure commercial accuracy and technical compliance.
Supporting bids with accurate budgeting, risk assessment, and value-engineering solutions.
Ensuring optimal margin protection through intelligent procurement and supplier negotiation.
Overseeing technical reviews, material specifications, and compliance with client and industry standards.
Leading contract and risk reviews to mitigate commercial, legal, and operational exposure.
Partnering with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Design, and Procurement to deliver a seamless project handover process.
Managing client and consultant relationships through the bid and clarification stages.
Monitoring and reporting on commercial performance, pipeline activity, and key project KPIs.
THE PERSON:
Experience in a Commercial Director, Head of Pre-Construction, or Commercial Manager role within a relevant engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership experience with multi-disciplinary, multi-location teams.
Proven success in managing large-scale bids and ensuring commercial accuracy.
Excellent financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, margin performance, and risk.
Strong technical understanding of drawings, project programming, and estimating.
Proficiency in ERP systems, AutoCAD, and MS Projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (desirable).
Experience working across UK and international markets (advantageous).

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.

This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.

Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. Actively communicate with Tremco representatives to ensure they are aware of all National Account responsibilities within their territory (goals and parameters of specific National Account programs; key contract elements; messaging to local site level contacts; expectations, deliverables, and timelines etc.).
Participate in monthly meetings with Tremco/Grainger teams to update on past 30 day / next 30-day activities tied to National Account programs.
Lead discussions with current and future National Account clients regarding OneTremco / WTI's capabilities in the area of new construction and existing infrastructure.
Identify and target National Account clients biggest pain point, and drive education centered around building envelope
solutions (roofing, rooftop safety, HVAC, façade, flooring, air barrier, below-grade waterproofing, parking structures etc.).
Collaborate with WTI's Accounts team and aligned Tremco representatives to build complex, comprehensive long-term asset management plans (i.e.
5 to 10-year capital plans) that leverage cost avoidance opportunities by prioritizing proactive maintenance, repair, and restoration over replacement.
Accountability:
Meet and exceed sales targets / plan based on National Accounts program goals.
Add and develop new accounts within the National Accounts portfolio.
Develop and facilitate senior level relationships at strategic accounts to leverage incremental sales growth.
Ability to support international team and coordinate projects remotely (U.S., Canada, International).
Provide monthly / quarterly reports on National Account activity.
Assist in managing opportunities and reporting within Tremco's CRM systems.
Provide monthly status updates regarding National Account activities, as part of the National Accounts intake process.
Provide updates as part of the National Accounts MPGT monthly communication.
Other Requirements:
Travel to National Account locations as needed based on priority business development.
Actively participate in various tradeshows and industry networking events.
Must have previous experience in developing large corporate accounts.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $150,000 and $160,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Optimize maintenance operations by developing and executing plans, schedules, and performance reports to track key maintenance initiatives across assigned manufacturing facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Managers to prioritize and schedule preventative maintenance activities. Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to input, maintain, and update maintenance data, including work orders, preventative maintenance (PM) instructions, and performance tracking. Design and implement PM procedures and instructions to ensure consistent execution. Generate, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI), including work order completion time, breakdown reduction, and completion percentage. Monitor and analyze the parts inventory system; support purchasing transactions including purchase orders, issues, returns, and adjustments. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee periodic cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to drive maintenance initiatives and improve equipment reliability. Capture and report maintenance data, including losses, costs, breakdown analyses, and corrective actions. Manage documentation of maintenance contracts, budgets, agreements, and historical performance records. Provide subject matter expertise in CMMS to optimize scheduling, documentation, and reporting of maintenance activities. Support procurement by assisting with material, supply, and service recommendations to sustain facility operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards by maintaining accurate and complete records. Develop, plan, and deliver training programs to enhance maintenance team skills and capabilities. Conduct total cost of ownership analyses (parts, labor, downtime) for equipment to inform operational and purchasing decisions.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: HS diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1 year of experience with maintenance or production planning.
