About the team
This team works vulnerable adults within adult social services.
This team is designed to support those within the community, this team will work with those who may have physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health or older people 65+.
Within this team care plans are put in place, MDT meetings with multi agencies are carried out and social worker will liaise with families for the benefit of the individual, carrying out reviews of the cases is also a essential duty for the team.
About you
The social worker will be experienced in working with adults that have complex needs/ and or have working within a community setting before.

We have a variety of different clients and therefore we are looking for candidates with a minimum of NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent experience.
You will ideally be Grad IOSH or working towards Chartered status to demonstrate your passion in your field.
But if you're qualified by experience, it doesn't mean you're not suitable.
You could be from a consultancy role already or have most of your experience from internal roles; either would be perfect for us.
Having experience in every sector our clients fall into shouldn't worry you either - you'll be joining a team of over 100 who will help you learn and develop.

Working across a range of major and minor surgical cases, within various specialties including but not limited to heart surgery, endoscopy, ENT and general surgery.As an anaesthetist you will administer anaesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
Your role will collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement individualised anaesthetic plans for surgical patients.
