JOB DESCRIPTION
The EH&S Specialist job functions include but not limited to implementation and maintenance of environment, health, and safety programs at DAP's Dallas Facility (75%) and DAP's Garland DC (25%).
Key responsibilities include, identifying, developing and implementing plant safety directives in conjunction with Legal, HR and Operations departments.
Assist facilities with; safety & environmental compliance obligations, develop and manage implementation of directives, coordination of worker's compensation objectives, audit and assist in correction of all deficiencies of facilities for adherence to compliance objectives and directives, all site compliance activities, assist with facility required inspections and investigations, some travel will be required to assist other facilities will be required.
Responsibilities
Identify and Communicate Compliance Obligations
Monitor regulatory developments in environment/health/safety area for new/revised compliance obligations, areas of potential risk/liability, and advise plant leadership regarding these issues. Assist with development of health/safety compliance strategies in conjunction with corporate directives. Develop/distribute plain language health/safety compliance requirement directives to plant mgmt.
in conjunction with the above group.
Network with industry peers, via participation in trade associations and seminars.
Act in a Leadership Role with Plant Personnel in Fulfilling Health/Safety Compliance Obligations Provide direction, review and oversee all safety systems.
Identify, communicate and assist in the development of Best Practices for injury prevention.
Ensure reporting/record-keeping is complete, accurate and timely per OSHA and state agency requirements, insurer's requirements and DAP mandated requirements.
Prepare and/or approve employee training materials on health/safety, conduct training where plant resources are inadequate, or where centralized training responsibility is appropriate.
Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and Directives
Conduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives.
Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis Program Lead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive.
Maintain Environmental reporting requirements Keep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:
EHS Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field. 3+ years of relevant experience.
Computer software familiarity. Working knowledge of state and federal regulations. Experience in research skills. Certified Safety Professional preferred Must be Bilingual (English/ Spanish)

The PIM and DAM Specialist will be responsible for efficiently managing and optimizing our product data and digital assets.

The responsibilities of this position include:
Responsibilities:
Act as a super user and the main point of contact for all internal PIM users across various departments, including product marketing, sales, and IT.
Provide user training and support. Collaborate closely with e-commerce sales teams to ensure alignment with downstream channel requirements. Manage the collection, maintenance, and distribution of product data for several categories of hardware and home improvement products. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across all digital platforms and channels. Own the uploading of digital assets across PIM and DAM platforms, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of metadata throughout the process. Maintain and update product data feeds for third-party website integrations. Develop and implement best practices for data governance to maintain high data integrity. Conduct regular audits and quality checks of product data and digital assets. Manage the translation of product marketing content and manage the distribution of the translated materials. Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and ensure timely updates. Work with IT to implement and update data mapping and improve internal processes. Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives in data management workflows. Drive the lifecycle of digital assets to effectively support marketing and sales initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), or similar SaaS environments, ideally within the hardware and home improvement industry. Expertise with systems such as inriver, WebDam, and Acquia; experience in product categorization, taxonomy, and metadata management; adept at data manipulation using Excel. Knowledge of e-commerce best practices for product display pages. Exceptional project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. The intern will report to the Sr.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Technical Communications Specialist provides technical support for assistance to distributors, applicators, contractors, chemists, engineers, sales, technical service department subordinates, and customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide front line phone coverage for Technical Services.
Leverage SAP systems to complete notifications as product specialist.
Take turns with the general department mailbox and answer e-mails received and respond or forward to appropriate product specialist.
Work cooperatively with peers to ensure adequate, consistent phone coverage throughout the day with increased sensitivity for needs from 8:00-8:30, 5:00-5:30 and during staggered lunch hours.
Occasional flexibility required to accommodate vacations and excused absences.
Handle application questions from the sales force where appropriate.
Support the proper application of Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing products, meeting company and industry guidelines, utilizing written and verbal communications.
Write Technical Bulletins as needed.
Assist in preparing adhesion/compatibility test reports drawn from data prepared by the application lab tech.
Target is 24-hour turn- around time, not to exceed 48 hours.
Attend regular meetings, represent the technical services department, communicate actions, results and other information as required. Assist in the product complaint process. Participate in Teams or Projects as requested that takes advantage of your knowledge and experience. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested/required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in construction, Engineering, Science, or similar field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: One to two years experience in technical service or customer service in a similar or related field or industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal OR Lead Electrical Design Engineer to manage and guide a team of 5 Electrical Design Engineers whilst utilizing your expertise to drive technical excellence.
You will work on specialist marine equipment, to include winches, reelers, and cranes.
Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle, from initial concept through detailed design, manufacturing support, testing, and installation on vessels.
You will also lead R&D and continuous improvement efforts to keep products at the forefront of technology.
Preferred candidates will have experience in the marine or offshore oil and gas industries.
Key Responsibilities of the Principal OR Lead Electrical Design Engineer:
Lead the technical delivery of projects, managing a multidisciplinary team.
Develop Electrical Engineering solutions from requirements capture to product development, commissioning, and support.
Identify and implement R&D and continuous improvement initiatives.
Resolve safety and technical issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, providing technical guidance to suppliers, departments, and customers.
Oversee factory tests and inspections, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
Manage supplier interfaces and provide technical support.
Review and approve the technical work of others, providing guidance to internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
Create technical design appraisal documents for marine classification societies.
Qualifications & Experience For The Principal OR Lead Electrical Design Engineer:
MEng or BEng in Electrical or Control Engineering.
Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership.
10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Proven experience leading technical project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
Extensive experience across concept design, product development, and in-service support.
Proficiency in AC and DC motor control systems, including Variable Speed Drives.
Skilled in the design and preparation of electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules.
Experience with PLCs, motion control systems, and serial communication networks (Beckhoff IPC preferred).
Competency in producing technical specifications, test procedures, manuals, and reports to marine and military standards.
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, PromiseE, Medusa, etc.) and MS Office suite.
Due to the nature of some contracts, successful candidates must attain UK BPSS or SC Clearance with no caveats.
Candidates should be accustomed to working within a controlled documentation environment and have a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills are essential, especially in interfacing with external approval bodies, such as marine classification societies and Ministry of Defence departments.

Understand and manage airtime processes and ensure they are performed in a timely manner
