JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have a strong eye for detail and great leadership skills? As the Lead Traffic Clerk at Rust-Oleum Corporation a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry, you will be working on site at our distribution center in Kenosha, WI.
We offer a wide product range including decorative fashion paints, durable industrial roof repair coatings and, of course, the famous rust-fighting formula that started it all.
In this position you will lead and support the distribution center efficiently, accurately, and safely through shipping and receiving functions, and other traffic related activities to ensure timely, accurate shipment to customers in accordance with company guidelines. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
TASKS PROFILE:Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. Responsibilities/Expectations: Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. The role
As an Offshore Inspection Engineer you will be responsible for assisting onshore or offshore project preparation activities including online data recording systems, offline data editing and quality-control for structural and pipeline inspections.
While offshore you will be working closely with the team of Inspectors, Surveyors, Engineers, Data Processors and ROV personnel to ensure all inspection and survey equipment is working effectively and data is collected efficiently and accurately.
You will communicate regularly with the team onboard the vessel and when required clients.
You will work alongside the MAI Client Deliverables Team based in Aberdeen who will provide ongoing support throughout the project life cycle.
Who we're looking for:
You will have formal qualifications to a minimum of HND level in Engineering or IT.
Hold an in date CSWIP 3.4u or 3.3u. Previous Offshore experience working with ROVs as an Inspection Engineer and/or Coordinator in UKCS as well as MS Office experience.
You will ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of all ROV platform and vessel-based pipeline and structural inspections.
QC of Inspection data recording, quality control of real-time video data and ensuring that, where required, all data sheets are completed accurately.
Ensure anomalies identified during online and offline inspections are accurately recorded and reported to the Inspection Coordinator, Superintendent/OVM and Client in a timely manner determined by the magnitude of the finding and anomaly criteria.
Assist in project reporting and delivery in accordance with Fugro and client specifications and document control parameters; document any variations to the workscope or procedures and inform the Client Deliverables department.
Promote teamwork at the worksite among all associated parties and ensure good communication lines, especially during shift handovers.

DAP is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR & Safety department and make a difference at one of DAP's largest manufacturing sites, located near Sparrows Point in Baltimore, MD.
This role is a member of the leadership team, reports to the Plant Manager and has three direct reports.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
• Screens, interviews, and onboards new hires.• Manages external recruiting agencies for temporary workers.
Employee Relations
• Engages all shifts and fosters a positive, safe, and productive work environment.• Investigates and resolves employee issues.• Plans creative celebrations and recognition programs.• Represents Company in unemployment hearings, mediations, etc.
Leadership
• Manages the goals, performance and development of the plant HR Assistant and HR Generalist.• Serve as a valued and active member of the Plant Leadership Team.
Health and Safety
• Assist the Safety Coordinator to develop and implement safety training programs to meet company, state, and federal safety requirements.
Policy Management
• Develops, interprets, and enforces plant policies and procedures.• Update policies, as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Communications, or related disciplines• 5+ years of relevant experience at a manufacturing facility• Ability to identify and implement innovative programs to support the plant's business objectives.• Excellent conflict-resolution, problem-solving and team-building skills• Excellent communication skills• Leadership skills• Knowledge of employment laws.• Knowledge of Payroll preferred.• High proficiency of Microsoft Office.
