RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Lead all marketing reporting efforts, attending cross-functional meetings and consolidating reports across PR, Media, Social Media, Digital Hub, Website, SEO, and other marketing channels.
Synthesize marketing media data into actionable insights, tailoring reports and presentations to meet the needs of diverse audiences-ranging from high-level executive summaries to retailer-specific breakdowns.
Monitor and interpret marketing media data trends, providing strategic recommendations to guide team decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Educate internal stakeholders on marketing and media KPIs and performance metrics, increasing organizational understanding of what they mean, why they matter, and how to take action based on the data.
Establish and uphold standardized reporting processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all marketing media analytics outputs.
Project manage reporting timelines and deliverables, ensuring insights are delivered accurately and on time.
Maintain centralized access to marketing dashboards and reports, promoting transparency and ease of access across the organization.2.
Media Execution
Assist in the collection and handoff of campaign assets, timelines, and performance expectations across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution within retail media channels.
Play a key role in campaign post-analysis efforts by gathering media performance data, synthesizing retailer-specific insights, and delivering actionable takeaways to inform future investment and creative strategy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance the quality of briefs, ensuring clarity of objectives, data-informed targeting strategies, and a consistent brand voice across platforms.3.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Liaison Work
Serve as the primary data liaison for the Demand Generation and Integrated Communications teams, ensuring alignment across all marketing functions.
Act as a bridge between the Demand Generation and Digital Hub teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on shared initiatives.4.
Campaign Development & Strategy Support
Partner closely with product marketing teams to assist in the development of integrated campaigns, serving as a cross-functional liaison between Rust-Oleum and external media agency partners to ensure strategic and executional alignment.
Provide strategic and analytical support during campaign development phases, collaborating with brand and product teams to help shape briefs, refine messaging, and align marketing objectives with performance outcomes.
Support go-to-market efforts by coordinating campaign timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing the operational flow between insights, creative, and media teams.5.
Tools, Data Integration & Broader Insights
Collaborate closely with media agency partners and MMX, aligning on performance metrics, campaign evaluations, and optimization strategies.
Integrate GA4, PriceSpider, and content performance data with media results, clearly articulating ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Partner with Insights and Category Management teams, campaign reporting, and other department analytics.Salary Target Range: $75,000 - $125,000, bonus eligible
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
Experience using digital advertising/social media channels, tools, techniques and best practices for business
Experience analyzing marketing data and social/PR analytics and identifying/communicating key insights
Working knowledge of web, search and social analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Pinterest Analytics a plus

The primary result expected from the Maintenance Mechanic will be to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the facility in repair by Pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
Here's what you can expect: • Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. • Follow checklists to inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions. • Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. • Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, machinery, and equipment. • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. • Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. • Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. • Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools. Required Skills: • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required • Ability to do basic math. • Accurately enter and retrieve computer data. • Ability to operate machinery • Ability to solve problems in a team environment. • Active participation in our Continuous Improvement Process. • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds. • Willing to work overtime as required. Here's what you can expect every day:
Follow batch cards precisely and document results
Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before adding them to machines.
Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas, using automated paint-mixing equipment.
Make equipment adjustments
Assist with equipment changeovers
Complete in-process inspection of batches, certifying that batch cards are being followed and recording production results.
Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons.
Record operational data on specified forms.
Start pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks.
Check materials and inspect components for flaws and non-conformance.
Inspect equipment to ensure batch card compliance.
Comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Complete daily and shift clean up task lists.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior R&D Scientist with deep expertise of industrial paints and coatings to join our R&D team in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) sector.
This role focuses on developing and optimizing industrial coating products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
This position provides leadership to internal research, product development, and cross-functional teams.
The candidate must possess demonstrated competencies and experiences in project management, documentation, and communication.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry, particularly in the formulation and application of industrial products.
Technology Competency:
The Senior R&D Scientist candidate will demonstrate and apply the following skills to their work and has a proven track record of performing this consistently.
Strong understanding of Scientific Methodology.
Hypothesis driven research and problem-solving capability using experimental design, data analysis and documentation.
Coating Chemistries: alkyd, epoxy, phenolic, polyurethane, polyaspartics and sil(ox)anes etc.
Coating Formulation Science: Lead the design, development, and optimization of industrial coating formulations including brush, rolled and spray applications for various protective coatings including general industrial, corrosion protection, containment, tank linings and other high-performance applications (waterborne and/or solvent borne)
Utilize in-depth knowledge of industrial coating applications, industrial specifications (SSPC, MPI, ISO, etc..), and professional end user requirements to develop high-performance products.
Apply expert knowledge of organic chemistry and material science to troubleshoot complex formulation issues, enhance product performance, and ensure product stability and safety.
Technical Leadership:
The Senior R&D Scientist demonstrates and applies the following attributes
Ability to develop and implement project plans with proven technical leadership, technically guiding complex R&D projects and team members
Ability to generate accurate timelines, time management, prioritization, and resource utilization, while measuring progress and providing updates in alignment with our marketing team
Ability to make strategic decisions both technically as well as guide staff utilization, advising leaders and scientists to execute initiatives while managing business strategy and value creation
Outstanding verbal and written technical communication, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Has a plan and executes for innovation.
Skillset and track record in identifying and scouting new and innovative ideas.
Continuous learning and intimate awareness of open literature and competitive landscape
The Senior R&D Scientist works with assistance on the allocation of resources towards initiatives by working with leadership
