Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Account Manager for industry leading Regional and National Pool Supply distributors. Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. Manage and execute MAP (Mutual Action Plans) for key accounts with assistance from sales and technical team. Expand relationship with key stakeholders in sales channel process by constantly providing solutions. Serve as a link between customer and internal teams. Develop and maintain relationships with MRT senior executives. Coordinate new product updates, catalog updates and other marketing support items between distributor and MRT marketing. Manage and update Salesforce CRM, Dynamics 365, Power BI. Coordinate training with Key Account sales managers, sales teams and MRT sales and technical staff. Maintain MRT Aquatics and Park distribution document, including 5-year growth plan.
Network with industry professional groups such as IAAPA, World Water Park Association, various trade associations and any other professional groups.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required (concentration in Marketing, Business or Finance preferred). 5+ years of previous sales, key account management., or distribution experience in Recreational market and/or paints/coatings industry or similar. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to conduct long term successful mutual action plans. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Networking proficiency. Business and financial acumen. Key Responsibilities:

Queries are received from customers either via enquiry forms or via the telephone.

Key tasks will include:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock Controller to join a well known local Engineering business in Poole.
This company have a 4 day working week which can offer flexible start and finish times, Fridays can be used to fulfil hours if needed! Salary is £23,000 - £25,000 DOE.
The role is straight permanent and offers a lot of variety as the successful Stock Controller will be required to help put in the stores to pick and kit orders as and when needed!
This is an excellent permanent opportunity working within a busy office team but also has that mixture of being able to get stuck into stores too, this role would suit someone who loves variety.
Duties for the experienced Stock Controller:
- Generating sales orders
- Creating despatch/ shipping notes
- Maintaining accurate records
- Closing job cards on the system & receipt parts to stock when manufacturing is complete.
- Stock takes & stock discrepancy investigations
- Pick stock for sales and kit for shop floor
- Maintain stores area making sure parts are stored correctly and easily located.
To be considered for this Stock Controller Vacancy:
- Previous experience as a stock controller or managing stock is essential
- Strong Microsoft knowledge and ability to use CRM's
