This position will involve supporting independent opticians across Southern England.
Regional Optical Trainer - Role
Visit optical stores to train and communicate on products and services.
Organise, coordinate and host digital learning initiatives including live webinars.
To develop training ideas to enhance sales levels.
Supporting the Head of EPS with projects.
Supporting the Head of EPS with training content creation (CET, technical product training, dispensing & retail optimisation) creating storyboard, presentations and adapt this content to various formats (e-learning platform, ppt…) with the support of the marketing team.
Supporting the sales team with customer training requirements and their KPIs.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries related to orders, project setup, and status updates. Review customer purchasing documents and submit to Legal via OnBase for compliance validation. Follow up with Contracts Management and field teams to secure outstanding contract approvals and redlined agreements. Coordinate with Accounts Payable for vendor onboarding and information verification. Collect and track pre-award documentation including bonds, insurance certificates, and W-9 forms. Conduct compliance reviews for new project setups to ensure contractual obligations are met. Maintain and submit accurate General Contracting sales reports and daily new order reports for Marketing. Accurately enter all orders into SAP on the same day they are received, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Communicate pertinent order and shipment information to Sales Reps and customers in a timely manner. Coordinate job site deliveries, ensuring efficient and accurate logistics scheduling. Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely shipping and billing. Process product returns by collecting necessary details and securing proper approvals. Verify that discounted orders are supported by an approved Special Price Form. Issue credit memos within three business days of receiving necessary approvals. Maintain a customer service error rate of no more than 1%, striving for zero. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of interfacing functions, including Credit, Accounting, Inventory, and Purchasing. Stay informed and compliant with company policies and operational procedures. Build and sustain professional relationships with internal departments, Sales Reps, and external customers. Complete special projects and reports with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

Position Summary:
Travels to field job sites giving routine guidance and assistance with job startups, coating inspection and problems encountered on the job.
Assists in routine in-house work such as product evaluations, equipment maintenance, panel preparation, and other duties necessary for normal function of the department.
Essential Functions:
Preparation of panels prior to coating.
Have a good understanding of the basic operation of hand tools, power tools, abrasive blast cabinet, and pin welder.
To include minor maintenance of same. Provide documentation for panels which will be tested.
Spray nuclear testing orders upon certification. Starting position in Field Service, will handle routine field jobs within capabilities. Contact customers/salesmen to gather pertinent data prior to field trips. Demonstrate proper use of mixing equipment, airless and conventional spray equipment, etc., to apply Carboline products in the assigned divisions. Interpret surface preparation standards per specifications. Demonstrate use and techniques involved with inspections equipment. Train supervisors, inspectors, and painters in the above technical areas. Assist in application of new or revised product evaluations, new equipment evaluations. Carry out procedures as defined in the Technical Service Procedures Manual. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year college Chemistry or minimum 5 years Technical Service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Valid Passport NACE Certified CIP preferred Level 1, NACE Level 2 or NACE Level 3, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires occasional physical activity.
May require lifting up to 75 lbs.

Be able to climb and meet the requirements of a 1A Ladder.
