Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Concrete and Construction
Technical Support Specialist to join our team at our Cleveland Campus.
This role provides technical support for Euclid Chemical construction products to distributor, contractor, and residential customers, as well as internal sales and marketing staff and design professionals.
This role supports customers by phone and electronic communication, participates in customer sales training, and assists with the development of new products and technical sales tools.

Assist with product troubleshooting by proactively coordinating testing and analysis activities between sales representatives, customers, R&D/product development, customer service, and operations.

Perform all material handling functions related to shipping and warehousing, including truck loading, material receiving, storage and supply of filling lines with packaging components
Ensure secure shipment of finished goods by stretch wrapping of palletized products using stretch wrapping equipment and blocking and bracing loads

Enter the received raw material in SAP in accordance with set procedure and practice.

Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements.
Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills.

Skills and Qualifications 15+ years of professional IT work experience out of which 7 - 10 years is in leading large-scale ERP and other B2B/B2C business applications projects, transformation initiatives, process improvements, system integrations, and infrastructure (network, cloud/compute, and security) implementations. Sound foundational knowledge of IT systems, architecture, and the latest IT industry trends to objectively align with the project's technical requirements and audit the feasibility of desired outcomes. Broad knowledge of business processes, specifically in consumer goods and process manufacturing industries, with an ability to communicate effectively with IT business analysts and business process owners. Experience in leading SAP implementations. Knowledge of various agile methodologies and agile project management is a plus. Assist in the training and development of Field Representatives and "Elevate" program candidates and graduates, in alignment with WTI Training Policy.
Training includes: Proper completion of services and related documentation. Safety training and documentation requirements. Certification and approval of Field Representatives, including OSHA Hazard Awareness and Toolbox Talks. Conduct Platinum Inspections, in conjunction with the Inspection Team, to prepare associated cost estimate proposals. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of WTI services and deliverables. Participate in all required calls, meetings, and organizational communications. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Regional Business Manager (RBM) or GS Supervisor.

As our Material Handler, you will work in our plant to pick orders.
We can't ship without you.
Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.
To thrive you must be prepared to lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and always think safety first.
You'll be someone your team can rely on to make sure our orders are right before they're in route to our customers. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are.

Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements. Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Previous shipping/traffic and material handling experience.
Paint/Coatings/chemical industry knowledge or experience.
