University degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Safety Sciences) coupled with formal training in the areas of occupational health and safety, plus 7 to 10 years' experience leading and contributing to compliance and regulatory policy and program development in a materials processing environment, preferably in the chemical processing industry.
Board of Certified EHS Professional - Certified Safety Professional certificate, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Environmental Manager (CEM).
Competencies
Broad understanding of North American regulatory compliance requirements, risk assessment and mitigation programs in multiple jurisdictions.

Skills and Experience
Technical engineering background essential (mechanical, electrical, materials, or related disciplines)
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner

The Internal Sales Representative will be based at the companies Lincoln Plant.
You’ll be selling the companies Asphalt offering to contractors.
Examples of customers: Highways contractors, Housebuilding contractors and small independent contractors.
As the Internal Sales Representative you’ll be managing existing business whilst also seeking new business
You’ll ensure all data is entering correctly into SAP.
Working hours- 37.5 hours per week.
9am-5pm, although there can be flexibility on this.
There will be flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days per week once established in the role.
Full training will be provided.
