Demonstrable commercial experience of effectively working independently as a Business Analyst.
Previous experience in line managing, leading, coaching and/or mentoring other Business Analysts.
Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Elicitation.
Experience of Business Process Mapping and capturing user stories.
Experienced in overseeing UAT sessions, ensuring alignment between requirements and test scenarios.
Experience of a variety of analysis techniques such as SWOT, Pestle, MoSCoW, etc.
A base of formal Business Analysis certification such as BCS Foundation, or evidence of working towards BCS/ISEB Diploma (or similar level of accreditation).

Power BI/ Power Platform
Knowledge/Experience of Change Management or Continuous Improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Business case development
Ideally a blend of methodology experience covering Agile and more iterative Waterfall projects.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.
Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures.
Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases.
Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program.
One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable.

This senior-level role is responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition, joint venture, partnership and divestiture opportunities as well as providing accurate and effective financial planning and analysis on assigned initiatives including the development, execution and management of the Company's forecasting process.
The Financial Planning and Corporate Development Manager will oversee projects, leverage established tools and processes (established and maintained by TCPG & RPM) to identify acquisition opportunities that meet RPM's current financial and strategic criteria, execute on acquisitions and divestitures, and drive organizational integration and change.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Construction or similar required, Masters' degree in business or related field preferred.

Experience and Education:
1 to 2 years experience and/or training in this type of work High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills; strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to develop working relationships at multiple levels of the organization Collaborative team player with the ability to build consensus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ability to handle change and ambiguity Effective in a fast paced environment Ability to be self-directed and motivated Ability to work at a focused and continuous pace The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $56,000 and $66,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The customer is everything at DAP and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining a high service level and low abandon rate by ensuring customer calls are answered in a timely manner.
Answering the customer calls using excellent phone techniques.
Provide tracking details to final destination upon customer request.
Responsible for accurate order entry of all incoming orders via phone, fax, and email.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring of all orders from entry to shipment.
Confirmation of all orders received to the customer within 24 hours providing valid expected ship dates.
Responsible for the review and monitoring of orders entered report to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.
Review all backorders for daily communication with plants regarding shipping status of backorders.
Responsible for daily interaction with sales reps, credit reps and pricing team to resolve all order blocks and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Communicate with credit department on term's discrepancies.
Responsible for the accurate and timely process of requests for credit/debit upon customer request and investigation.
Ensuring that the procedures are followed for each process in a correct manner.
Responsible for the daily interaction of assigned customers and sales reps.

Additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
High School (or equivalent)
Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus.
Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand.
Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency.
Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.
French fluency is a plus.
