Civil Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive Location: Chester Office Hours: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience. We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to join a highly regarded Civil Litigation team in Chester. This is a fantastic chance to work with a well-established firm, managing a varied and busy caseload while playing a key role in the continued success of the department. About the Role: You will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to: - Landlord and tenant disputes - Debt recovery - Contract disputes - Other complex civil litigation issues With the autonomy to manage your own caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise, provide exceptional client service, and actively contribute to the growth of the team.
