Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the management of demolition projects ranging from £10k up to £2m
Overseeing soft strip, cut and carve, and full demolition works
Supporting project planning, coordination, and day-to-day site operations
Managing health and safety compliance across assigned sites
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitoring programme progress and assisting with cost controlManaging between 1 to 5 sites depending on project size and complexity
Supporting commercial elements of projects, including basic QS duties where capable
Working to personal strengths with structured development into wider responsibilities
Requirements:
CCDO Black Card preferred, though relevant experience and a strong attitude will be considered
