Summary
: Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Dispenser IT Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties.
This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ongoing PC Hardware & Software management, troubleshooting, and repair.
Including software licensing used in the dispensing equipment.
Maintain & update system functional specs., documentation, and drawings.
Fielding & troubleshooting calls via phone & online support tools.
Remote training Dispenser Service Technicians on field installation, operation, and servicing of systems.
Remote or travel to on-site system pre-commissioning, commissioning, customer training, andstartup of Dispensing equipment.
Warehouse Duties: Shop maintenance, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and cleaning.
Collaborate & coordinate activities with Euclid Chemical Managers in Ohio
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus
Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience.

The Purchase Planner is responsible for forecasting site demand and developing long-term and short-term production schedules across multiple departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Accountable for planning and purchasing raw materials, packaging, and expense items to support production needs while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.

Major Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term forecasted production schedules across six departments based on sales projections and demand trends• Translate forecasted demand into actionable purchasing plans for raw materials, packaging, and bulk deliveries• Create and lock in weekly production schedules, balancing forecast, inventory levels, and material availability• Monitor inventory levels and proactively adjust purchasing and scheduling decisions to prevent stockouts or excess inventory• Purchase and manage site expense items as needed to support operations• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and corporate purchasing to align supply with demand and resolve constraints• Utilize SAP to manage purchasing, material requirements, and order processing activities• Build and maintain scheduling tools and production plans using Microsoft Excel• Analyze data and trends to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and overall planning efficiency• Serve as a backup for processing production orders across various departments as needed• Support continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

The primary result expected from the Material Handler is to efficiently, accurately, and safely process customer orders by filling them from stored merchandise in accordance with specifications on pick tickets, and by verifying and maintaining documentation on incoming and outgoing shipments.
