What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Compensation Package:
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approx.

What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district. Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. A proven ability to manage projects. The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.

Ensure that all performance data (line sheets, time sheets, etc.) is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Work closely with compounding, schedulers and packaging inventory analyst to ensure production schedules are met, and both equipment and human resources are optimized.
Qualifications:

Stop machines when malfunctions occur, clear jams, and report unresolved malfunctions to a machine operator, lead, maintenance, and then management. Secure finished packaged items by gluing, stapling, wrapping, taping, or attaching fastener. Mark or tag identification on parts. Load and unload materials, product, or packaging from machines, containers, conveyors, and conveyances. Help team members by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment. Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) per requirements.
May require recording information such as weight, count, time, scrap and date packaged. Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels to ensure all shifts requirements are met.
