Responsibilities
To develop and deliver classroom training and one to one on all Adult Social Care (ASC) and Corporate IT system, including developing training programme.
To provide floor walking and one to one support for social workers and other associated staff on the use of all case management IT system, preferably Liquid Logic system and ContrOcc.
Develop and manage a library of training manuals
To lead in the set up training data and user accounts with appropriate configuration for trainees, including liaison with the server engineers to maintain this data.
To develop process in line with IT technology to deliver Adult Social Care outcome
To attend user group and other associated meetings
To be responsible for producing and present management stats to ASMT monthly
To lead on all changes and updates on the systems and ensures training is undertaken in set timeline
Lead and promote good practice across Adults Social Care through upskilling the workforce on the usage of social care case management system
To ensure that any recent legislative changes to Adults Social Care business processes are included in system updates and functionality
To liaise with business leads and social care teams to ensure that the content of each classroom training course reflects current thinking.
Ensure that Social Workers input accurate data that will, in turn produce high quality management reports.
Support on IMT for system development
Support process changes with training programs
To prepare and update Aide Memoirs in line with Social Care business processes within the Adult Social Care IT System
Using existing knowledge and skills to input into improving new integrated modules of the systems with other associated Government systems.
To develop a testing programme for new versions of LAS and other integrated systems, including preparation of test scripts.
Promote joint working with IT services and Social Care practitioners.
Problem identification and resolution
To advise the Service manager of any system or process improvement opportunities that further enhances good practice
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including liaison between application support, Social Care staff and other professionals involved in the Liquid Logic Process
To provide a service which is sensitive and appropriate to the needs of users, including staff
Requirement
Experience designing and developing IT training systems.
Experience of managing workload, working independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines.
Experience of using Liquid Logic, Business Objects, ContrOcc and e-learning.
Tools would be an advantage.
Experience of, or ability to assist in the implementation of working with business change using transitional skills, to ensure training is delivered and to maximise new ways of working.

Our Client, a major Rail, Highways, Power and Tunnels consultancy are looking for a Principal Fire Systems Engineer.
The successful candidate will carry out the design and construction activity of the Fire Detection systems on medium to larger size project(s) within the Rail, Highways, HS2 and Power and Infrastructure sectors.
The role will involve design reviews, planning, undertaking design and associated construction assignments on the projects in conjunction with the Engineering Manager / Contractors responsible Engineer, across the sector.
Technical responsibilities include design and design verification of Fire Detection Systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide support to other VVB team members (e.g.
Engineering Manager, Contractors Responsible Engineer, Design Manager, Project Manager etc.) in all facets of the project activities to deliver the project to meet cost, time, and quality requirements.
* Plan and deliver/manage the design of Fire Detection Systems to relevant standards and client specifications.
Technical responsibility for design compliance.
* Technical review of designs developed by MEP Design Consultants / Contractors in respect of safety by design, technical acceptability and compliance with standards.
* Review that the designs prepared by the MEP Design Consultants / Contractors have been fully coordinated and integrated.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.
Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.

WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.
Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.

Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.

Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.

Preferred fire testing experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $102,199 and $127,748 plus a bonus opportunity.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care by designing and optimising medical devices that patients use in their daily lives.
Working at the intersection of engineering, psychology, and healthcare, you'll be responsible for ensuring medical devices are not only clinically effective but also intuitive, safe, and accessible for diverse patient populations.
This is a hybrid role, and you will need to be at the company's HQ in Oxfordshire for three days a week, integrating into the team on this early development project.
Key Responsibilities;
Lead human factors engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle for novel medical devices
Design and conduct usability studies, risk assessments, and human factors validation testing
Collaborate with clinical teams, product managers, and engineering teams to translate user needs into device requirements
Develop user interface designs that prioritize patient safety, usability, and accessibility
Ensure compliance with relevant medical device regulations (FDA, CE marking, ISO standards)
