The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.

Responsibilities as Purchasing Co-ordinator
- Using the ERP / MRP System and be responsible for the accurate data input.

- Progressing of raw material purchase orders & sub-contract purchase orders, interacting with and chasing suppliers over the phone and via email to ensure on-time delivery.
- Working within the project team to add project notes to orders and highlight key dates and milestones for manufacturing
- Working on any ad-hoc project work that will need assistance
- Be involved with project related invoicing and making sure all the relevant paperwork is up to date and accurate

As a QHSSE Marine Superintendent you will be responsible for driving QHSSE processes: auditing, incident investigations and IMS improvements.
You will support and advise the Global Fleet QHSSE Manager, DPA/CSO.
Global Fleet QHSSE Advisor, Marine Assurance Officers, Fleet Safety Coaches in day to day operations.

The job involves conducting internal ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO audits and inspections for assigned vessels, as well as navigational audits.
You will prepare vessels for external ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO audits and assist the Vessel Teams in developing corrective and preventive actions and root cause analysis from internal and external audits and incident investigations.
You will lead level 2 and higher incident investigations and assist in level 1 investigations where required.
Additionally, you will prepare review meetings and present incident investigations for senior management, prepare lessons learned and preventive actions from incidents and NCRs, and share these across the fleet.
Onboard training for crews on IMS procedures is also part of the role.
You will maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) updates with consistent improvements to produce quality, accuracy, adequate, and efficient procedures, and provide and develop constructive new ideas.
Advising vessel teams on compliance with upcoming rules and regulations is also required.
Communication with FS departments, Fugro business lines, and contractors will be directed by the Global Fleet QHSSE Manager.
In terms of OH&S management, you are responsible for carrying out work as per IMS procedures, reporting all HSSE incidents, and actively participating in all engagements as requested by the employer.

This role is responsible for leading the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) function, ensuring operational safety and maintaining the highest product quality standards.
The successful Head of Quality and EH&S based in Hitchin will play a key role in managing compliance with ISO certifications, fire safety approvals, Atex approvals, and Part 21.G aviation approvals.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Head of Quality and EH&S based in Hitchin will be part of the Operational Leadership Team, with responsibilities across multiple sites, including:
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
O Lead the QEHS function, overseeing day-to-day operations.
O Develop the team, ensuring skills progression and succession planning.
O Design scalable processes to support business growth.
O Contribute to company strategy to drive business expansion.
Quality & Compliance:
O Monitor adherence to quality standards and resolve non-conformities.
O Oversee business-wide quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
O Set targets and action plans for measurable improvements.
O Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant regulations.
Health & Safety:
O Develop and enforce safety management processes.
O Ensure managers uphold safety procedures.
O Monitor safety performance and implement improvements.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a quality function within a regulated industry
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Background in design and manufacturing environments.
Engineering qualification or relevant experience.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 (formerly OHSAS 18001).
Practical experience in problem-solving methodologies and lean manufacturing.
Strong change management and process improvement experience.

They provide this service to clients all over the world, operating within the following areas; Pharmaceuticals, Medical Technologies, Food & Beverage, Energy, Chemicals, Construction and more.
Responsibilities of the Lead Process Safety;
Independently lead and plan process safety activities during various design stages of projects, including managing process safety colleagues.
Act as a focal point, liaising with client representatives, equipment vendors, and multidiscipline engineering teams to resolve process safety issues.
Prepare, chair, and report on Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) reviews, including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and similar assessments.
Deliver key process safety documentation such as DSEAR assessments, Hazardous Area Classifications (HAC), Explosion Protection Documents (EPDs), and COMAH Safety Reports.
