We are currently working with a Vehicle Manufacturer based in Doncaster, who are seeking a skilled and professional Vehicle Spray Painter to join their growing team, specialising in the preparation and refinishing of commercial vans.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in automotive paintwork who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes on time and to specification.
As a Vehicle Spray Painter, you will play a key role in supporting our production output and upholding the high standards our clients expect.
Key Duties of the Vehicle Spray Painter:
Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint application, including thorough cleaning, sanding, and masking
Mix paint materials accurately to match colour and texture specifications using two-pack paint systems
Apply paint using spray guns and appropriate techniques, ensuring an even, high-quality finish
Monitor drying times and make adjustments in line with technical requirements
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workspace, including spray equipment upkeep
Experience with Speed Lining or similar protective coatings is highly advantageous
What we need from you for the Vehicle Spray Painter role:
Demonstrable experience in commercial vehicle painting, bodyshop work, or SMART repairs
Sound knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques
Proficient in the use of spray guns and workshop paint systems

The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.

Monitoring and improving operational performance to meet quality and efficiency goals. Identifying and resolving issues that arise. Training and supporting staff and relevant departments in key procedures and requirements. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Technical, Business Operations, and WTI. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance specification quality, reduce risk, and improve customer satisfaction. Be proficient in Tremco's products and systems, including application, user, coverage rates, compatibility, and limitations. EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree - Preferred degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Construction Management; Or 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
EXPERIENCE
7+ years of related experience Must have experience managing others and must have experience with writing Specifications.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: List the licenses, certificates, and registrations that are required to perform the essential duties.
Preferred: Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) certification (CDT, CCCA, CCS, CCPR)
