Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum
Recent teaching experience within KS2

The opportunity
- Residential Conveyancer role (Qualified or unqualified)
- Full time, permanent position
- Located in their Liverpool office
- Ideally full time in the office, flexibility to work from home can be made available for the right candidate.
- Salary from £30,000 to £45,000
You will be responsible in handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, mainly consisting of sale and purchase, both freehold and leasehold files, transfer of equity, auction and remortgage cases.
You will work closely with a conveyancing assistant.
The candidate
The firm are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their residential property team, you will be confident in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish, predominately sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold files.
You will hold at least 3 years conveyancing fee earner experience and be able to go in and hit the ground running.
Not only will you hold the experience, but you will have a positive and can do attitude and have an invested interest and commitment to the firms success development.
