Manage all programmed orders and services.

Working on a 3/5-week rota in the office, earliest start time is 7.00am and latest is 5pm and every 3rd/5th Saturday 5 hours working from home.
The Ideal Person for the shipper / planner
Experience with working within a customer service and logistics background ideally construction but not essential.
You will be used to managing a process from orders through to delivery and have experience of working on your own, ideally with heavy side but not essential.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Engineer's role is viewed as an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.
The Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety
Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the shift supervisors.
Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor area and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
LEAN Culture
Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Assume responsibility for assigned activities on the Engineering Tier and other accountability boards.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Product Quality
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Capable of equipment troubleshooting and process design.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university.
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Controls Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Controls Engineering from an ABET Accredited university.
Relevant experience from internship is acceptable for experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Understanding process variance and the resultant effects on Quality.
Knowledge of applied statistics.
Ability to perform problem analysis utilizing problem-solving methodology.

The Role of the Business Development Manager
Selling a leading high-quality breast implants and body contouring product portfolio
Selling to both the NHS & private clinics
Dealing with plastic surgeons, reconstructive surgeons, cosmetic surgeons & consultants
Lots of business to go at.
Presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in surgeries.
Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff.
Work closely together with Customer Service team on price quotations, tenders, frameworks, pricing, orders samples and customer issues.
Covering the south ideally based on the M4 Corridor as there will be time when you will need to travel further North
The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager
MUST HAVE SOLD A PRODUCT INTO THEATRE
Ideally you will have sold breast implants/reconstructive products in the past - contacts with plastic/reconstructive surgeons would be a distinct advantage
Someone who understands how theatres work
Must be well presented.
Open on what medical implantable you have been selling.
Theatre experience (Ability of feeling comfortable in theatres and watching surgeries, theatre access course pass will be required)
Personality of a hunter (the job involves getting new business)
Charismatic networker (relationship-seeker who intentionally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts)
Can demonstrate resilience for rejection.
Understands customer needs regular contact and feedback.
Demonstrates a track record of success.
Takes actions to meet or exceed customer expectations
