Essential Functions:
Develops and implements Stonhard's Four Phase Sales Training Program for all new Territory Managers in their first two years with the organization.
The Training & Development Manager will identify, implement, benchmark and improve sales training and performance solutions for all TMs with a value based sales approach
Required to work closely with the Director of Sales Training and VP Sales to develop, launch and manage the appropriate sales training strategies to meet area/regional and corporate goals and objectives.
Monitors all TM performance and communicates with Sales managers to determine the best possible methods of assistance in problem areas.
Assist in the design and development of training programs for the Area Sales Managers to assist in the continued education of all field personnel.
Ensure quality of sales training programs through continuous monitoring and evaluation
Initiates follow-up field rides with new TM's providing direct on-the-job training and coaching.
Assists in sales hiring as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous sales training experience in a complex business environment.
Ability to work with cross functional groups for whom the trainer will have no reporting relationship.
Knowledge of multimedia and audio-visual equipment required.
Extensive experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
Strong instructional design skills.
Excellent stand-up training platform delivery skills.
Experience with development of sales orientated web-based training programs.
Superb listening, writing, and coaching skills.
Ability to work independently with teams.
Strong project management skills.

They're now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the business.
As HR Manager you will be ensuring that all HR processes, employee compliance records, accreditation's, and governance requirements are effectively managed and maintained to a consistently high standard.

THE HR MANAGER ROLE:

THE PERSON:
Proven experience in an HR role within a regulated, engineering, construction or similar environment
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience managing compliance frameworks, accreditation's, audits, and associated documentation
Highly organised with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SME setting
Confident maintaining accurate employee records, including compliance and training data
Demonstrable experience managing compliance frameworks and industry accreditation's ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent), with exposure to public sector/framework compliance and experience improving HR or compliance systems

We are searching for a Graphic Designer to work within a large marketing team.
You will report to the Creative Marketing Manager and the Marketing Director, and you will be delivering a variety of design projects on time and to budget.
This is a very hands-on role involving a wide-range of duties so you must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
As this is a diverse creative role it would suit someone who possesses excellent Adobe skills, a creative mindset and the ability to work as part of a team.
Please note, the role is an office-based role, however, after the successful completion of the probation period you can with prior management agreement work from home for up to 2-days per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working very closely with the Creative Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following: -
Designing an extensive range of brochures for both the UK and export markets.
The creation and maintenance of price lists in InDesign (from Excel).
Designing new advertising concepts.
Designing graphical content for use on social media channels and the company website - this includes video content.
Developing branding and identities for the launch of new products.
Designing Point of Sale and other promotional materials.
Develop company branding guidelines.
Taking part in the general day to day operations of the busy Marketing department.
Working with the photography team on post-shoot editing of images in Photoshop for use in brochures, websites, PR and social media.
Helping to maintain the correct organisation, naming and digital filing of images and other files for use by other members of the team.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATON
Being educated to A' Level or a Degree Level in Graphic Design is highly desirable, however, candidates with strong commercial experience and proven design skills, without formal qualifications, in Graphic Design will also be considered.
Experience in a creative/design environment.
Excellent Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator skills.
Experience of design and print projects.
High attention to detail.
Knowledge of video editing within Adobe Premier is advantageous.
Experience/Knowledge when working with printers.
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Dynamic, creative, ‘hands-on' approach.
Ability to comprehend quickly innovative technologies and software.
A can-do, pro-active and positive attitude.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by the enthusiastic attitude required of a team player.
